Our caps are engineered specifically for Nominal 4x4 wood posts, which are the standard for most residential fencing and decking.

Before ordering, we recommend a quick "tape measure check" to ensure your fence is ready for an upgrade:

Measure the Width: Use a tape measure across the flat top of your post. A standard 4x4 post should measure exactly 3.5 inches.

The "Rough Cut" Exception: If you have Rough Cut timber (true 4-inch posts), our standard caps will not fit, you will need to select the true 4-inch option.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Our wholesale pricing typically begins at 20 units.

Custom Branding: For larger wholesale orders, we can often integrate custom logos or property branding directly into the 3D model of the cap.

Production Lead Times: Wholesale lead times vary based on order size, but most orders ship within 10–14 business days.

Absolutely! Bringing your ideas to life is what we do best. Whether you want a Peaking Pal modeled after your own pet, a specific animal, or even your company’s logo, we can design it. Custom orders are handled through our "Design Lab."

How does the process work?

The Request: Send us a clear photo or description of what you’re looking for via our shop messenger.

The Design: Our team will confirm and create a 3D model and send you a digital mockup for approval.

The Print: Once approved, we slice the model and print it .

Lead Time: Custom orders typically take 7–10 business days to ship, as they require dedicated design time and test printing to ensure quality.
