Is Local Pickup Available?

Yes, please message me before purchase and I can remove the postage costs from and reserve your item for you for up to 7 days - or alternately refund you postage costs on collection.

Postage Costs?

I use both Australia Post and Sendle Couriers to deliver your goods. Due to variants in Australia Post pricing I have entered the upper range of postage for some items. Postage costs may differ slightly between states. If I am able to send your item for a lesser cost than charged at checkout any excess fees will be refunded on the day of dispatch.

Occasionally I receive orders from remote areas for which higher postage costs apply - I will inform you if your order falls into this category.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Please ensure that your profile address is current before placing an order.

I use clean recycled and some new materials – strong boxes, bubble wrap and lots of peanuts to ensure your item reaches you safely. All parcels are clearly marked ‘Fragile’.

I always include a packing slip with invoice in your parcel - I do this in the unlikely event that a package is damaged in transit it still has a record of destination. if you are purchasing an item for a gift and would prefer this left out please include a note with your order.

Refund Policy for Lost & Damaged Items

MyPotteryCorner is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Refunds will not be issued if the address is wrong or for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. If you are concerned about items being lost, stolen or undelivered, please consider adding insurance to your order and I recommend you contact me for pricing.

Refunds are given for items that are damaged in transit on receipt of photographic evidence. Please retain any broken items and all packaging for return to MyPotteryCorner.

Couriered Packages

Couriered packages are always marked 'signature on delivery' due to concerns of theft. If a resident is unavailable to receive your parcel or you would prefer 'authority to leave' please specify this at checkout . Parcels can be left at your front or rear door providing there is access and no dogs. Alternatively - you might consider using a friends or relatives address if this is a concern.
