When will I receive my order?
Orders will be packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days, although I do my best to get them out sooner. It takes an additional 2-5 business days to travel through the mail to you.
Custom and personalized orders
Everything in the shop is handmade and hand stamped. Because of this, I am unable to personalize items with custom names or sayings. In many cases, I can add a stamped greeting inside the card, use a different color scheme, or change the saying (from Happy Birthday! to Thinking of You, for instance). If you are wondering about any customization, feel free to message me or request a custom order.
Shipping Costs
My goal is for you to receive your order in the safest, fastest, and cheapest way possible. Orders are shipped via USPS in rigid mailers, bubble mailers with cardboard inside, or boxes depending on size and weight. I always refund shipping overages that are greater than $1.
When do I need to order for delivery before Christmas?
The last day to order for delivery before Christmas is Dec 10th.
