At this time we are accepting payment through PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout. If you have not paid for you order within 48 hours of checkout, it will be cancelled and the items re-listed back to the shop.

If we have established a reserved listing for you, it will be available for 48 hours. If you have not paid at the end of 48 hours, the listing will be cancelled.

We reserve the right not to honor cancellation requests for a paid order due to the possibility that the order is being processed or has already been shipped. If we do process a cancellation request, shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee of the purchase total will be deducted from your payment and the remaining balance refunded via PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout.

Sales tax applies to Nevada state residents. You will be refunded the difference you paid in sales tax if your order is shipped to a county other than Clark County.
Shipping
We ship packages via USPS-United States Postal Services First Class Mail, including International Shipping. Your package will be shipped to the address you provided to Etsy, so please make sure it is correct. We are not responsible if the shipping address you list to Etsy is incorrect and/or incomplete. We will not ship a package to an address that is different from what is listed from Etsy. We are unable to contact USPS on your behalf to change a delivery address after a shipping label has been established.

Orders will be upgraded to USPS Priority Shipping when needed and determined by this shop.

If you want International Shipping, send a Convo with the item(s) you wish to purchase and the country you wish your order to be mailed to and we will let you know if it is possible and at what price. International Shipping through United State Postal Service-USPS does offer online tracking once a package leaves the United States to some international countries, but not all. We will not alter nor enter misinformation on shipping and customs forms from what is truly being shipped. Please make yourself aware of what your countries on-line purchasing import policies are. You are responsible for all custom fees, duties and taxes imposed by your county to received international packages. Because international import regulations are different for and between every country, packages could get held up somewhere along the transit route and may take up to 75 days to be delivered for various reasons. We are not responsible if a country’s postal service declines to deliver your package for any reason. You must contact your country’s postal service if there are any issues with delivering a package.

If you want your package to have USPS "Signature Required," contact us first before placing your order so that, if needed, we may make adjustments to the item listings that you wish to order.

Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving payment and the payment has cleared. If you pay by E-Check through PayPal, allow 3-7 business days for the check to clear before we ship your order. For US buyers, please allow 2-20 business days for your package to be delivered. For International buyers, please allow 5-45 business days for your package to be delivered. The delivery date depends on USPS, or its international shipping partners, not on anything that we can promise. If for some reason you have not received your package within 30 business of payment, please send us a Convo and we will work something out. Please don’t make non-delivery claims on Etsy before contacting us.

Packages being shipped to MPO, APO and FPO may take additional time to arrive at their destination.

Please be patient while waiting for your package. USPS is staffed by people who have a limited amount of time to sort and deliver all the mail, and they may run slow, especially during peak holiday time. Various other factors may cause a delay in delivery. There may be a delay in delivery if USPS could not confirm the shipping address. We pack orders very carefully, but cannot guarantee what happens to them once given to USPS. Please don’t leave negative feedback if your package arrives damaged. If the package arrives damaged, please send a Convo and pictures so we can work something out.

We pack orders as they come in, so if you place a second order shortly after the first, send a Convo if you want them combined, and we will do our best to combine them, but cannot guarantee that it will happen, so you might get a second package and charged for the separate shipping .

If you see that the postage for shipping your order is less than what you paid for in the shipping charge, know that the cost of shipping also includes the cost of the shipping materials and other factors. We cannot refund any of the difference.

Once a package shows as being “Delivered” from USPS tracking information, we consider the order fulfilled. If you dispute the delivered status, you must make any claims to USPS. We will provide you any information we can to help a claims process. We are not responsible should USPS not honor your claim.

We ship packages to the shipping address you provided to Etsy. We are not responsible if the shipping address you provide to Etsy is incorrect and/or incomplete. If the shipping address you provide to Etsy is incorrect and/or incomplete, and ONLY if we receive back the package, will we contact you and let you know the shipping cost to resend the package. There is the possibility that the package we receive back had been opened and some of its contents may be missing. If this is the case, we will send you the remaining items but will not refund the cost of the missing items. If you decline to have the package reshipped, we will cancel your order and refund the cost of goods that we received back from the shipment minus a 15% restock fee. We will not refund the amount you were charged for the first shipping. You will have 3 days after we have contacted you, letting you know that we have your package in hand, to inform us which option you want to pursue. If you make a claim that the shipping address you provided to Etsy was incorrect and we do not receive back the package, we are not responsible for the mistake and will not refund any of the purchase totals. This applies even if you have your shipping address as an old address, but have a forward request address on file with USPS, they still may not forward the package to a different address than what is on shipping label.

If the shipping address you provide to Etsy is not recognized as a valid shipping address by the USPS-United States Postal Service, we will contact you asking for a valid shipping address. You will have 7 business days from the date we first contact you asking for a valid shipping address to provide one. If you do not provide a valid shipping address within 7 business days, we will cancel your order and refund you the purchase total minus a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied it your purchases, you have 5 days upon receipt to send a Convo letting us know that you want to return your order. We will refund your merchandise total, minus a 15% restocking fee, within 10 days after receiving the items back. We will not refund the shipping charge from the order.

Steps For A Return:
1. Send us a Convo within 5 days of you receiving your order, including pictures if items arrived damaged. Tell us the date you placed the order, the date you paid for the order, the Etsy Transaction Number, your Etsy User Name, our Invoice Number, our Item Numbers, and reason for return.
2. We will send you an address that you must mail the items to.
3. Package the items carefully, with all the information from step 1 and your contact information. Items must be in original condition to be accepted for a return and refund.
4. You must mail the items back within 5 days from when we send you the mailing address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. You will be refunded your payment, not including what was charged for shipping and a 15% restocking fee of the returned items total, within 10 business days of us receiving your package. Refund is via the way you paid for your order.

Exceptions To Refund:
1. We give refunds, not exchanges.
2. We don’t accept returns if the items have been “mined.” For example, you purchase a 15inch long strand of jasper beads, and we receive back a strand that’s 10inches long, you having picked out the beads you want and returning the rest. Another example, you purchase a pack of 20 pewter spacer bars and we receive back 14. We measure and count all returning items. If you do something like this, we will not consider them a return, and will not refund your payment.
3. We will not consider refunding your payment without first receiving the items from your order.
4. We will not consider a refund if you have not first contacted us within 5 days of receiving your order and without all the information that is needed.
5. We will not consider a refund for a customer that has made multiple claims regarding damaged, lost or other reasons.
6. We do not accept returns on custom items.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you wish to be put on our email mailing list for notification when new inventory will be added and specials that will happen, send us a Convo with the email address you want to use. We will not sell nor give away our contact list.

All contact must be through the Etsy Conversations System per Etsy Policy. We will respond to emailed questions through Etsy Conversations. We will not converse through phone calls.

If you see something you like and want a larger quantity than is listed, send us a Convo with the Item Number, description, how many you want, and we will let you know if we have the quantity in stock. After confirming the quantity and price, we will make a reserve listing for you and you have 48 hours to pay for it. The reserved listing will be cancelled after 48 hours unless you Convo us with a reason for extending the listing time.

We do not split listings into smaller batches from what is listed.

If you see something you want that is sold out, send a Convo with the Item Number and quantity and we let you know if and when we will have more in stock. We are not always able to acquire more of the merchandise that is sold out.

Prices are firm.

We do not sell wholesale.

The coins in the images are not included in the sale.

We are running this shop to the best of our ability, and know there can always be room for improvement. If you still feel the need to leave non-positive feedback, please give us an explanation. We want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible and strive for positive customers. We reserve the right to comment on all reviews.

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. This applies even if you do not open the mailing package once you have received it. If you no longer want your order, you may go through the steps listed for a refund.

Because leather cords and jewelry chains are custom items cut to the ordered size, like all other custom items we do not accept returns. Leather cords and jewelry chains are normally cut and shipped in one continuous length. For example, an order for three of the 4yards 2mm round Red Leather Cord will normally ship as a 12yards continuous length. It is also possible that this order may be shipped as two pieces, i.e. one length of 4yards and a second piece of 8yards. Cut lengths may contain a factory connection knot, i.e.- comes from when the end of one cut hide is connected to another for a continuous length. If you do not want a knot in your cut order, let us know in the "Buyer Notes" when you check out and we will try to accommodate but to cannot guarantee we will always be able to. We will always try to send exactly what you order. There is an industry tolerance of +/- 0.3mm in the size of the leather cord which means that a 1mm cord might be 0.7mm to 1.3mm in size. As leather is a natural product, leather may expand or contract depending on such factors as heat, cold and humidity. In addition, the nature of the hide can affect the coloring and dying process so there may be slight differences between the same color spools. The leather cord is lacquer, wax or heat sealed to prevent the color from leaking, but be aware that this could happen in extreme temperature, humid environments, exposer during swimming/showering/water activities, or a person’s own pH chemistry. Should color leakage occur, the leather, beads and/or skin may be affected. Cracking in the leather may also occur under extreme conditions and usage, so it is important to care for your leather jewelry. As we cannot control the environment once the leather cord leaves our facility, we do not provide a warranty for leather cords. Round leather cord is free of lead, AZO’s, PCP, Mercury, Formaldehyde, Chromium VI and Cadmium. Leather cord is made from different animal hides and we are unable to identify the specific animal location source. The leather cord may contain some tannic acid which is a byproduct of the tanning process. Although there may be a very small amount of tannic acid in the leather, it is possible that the tannic acid may discolor or stain sterling silver so it is important that the sterling silver be cleaned periodically with a silver cleaner. We do not endorse any specific silver cleaner or leather care product.

Inventory is located and processed in a non-smoking environment.

A paper receipt is included with all orders. If you do not want a paper receipt included in the mailing package, for example if the package is being shipped to someone as a gift, please let us know when ordering, and we will send you a copy of the receipt through Etsy Convos, and we will not include a paper copy in the package.

Beads, findings and other jewelry related items can pose a choking hazard and other harmful possibilities. Please keep out of reach of children and animals. Adult supervision is necessary for children working with jewelry related items.

Nevada Customers: We cannot hand deliver orders nor meet you somewhere for pickup. Our place is not open for someone to come over and pick through the inventory in person.
