Często zadawane pytania
Is this a spreadsheet or an app?
An app. It runs in your browser on phone, tablet, PC or Mac — no Google Sheets, no Excel, no formulas. You open a link, enter your product key once, and use it like any app. It can be added to your home screen and works offline.
What do I download?
A short PDF guide with your personal link and product key, plus step-by-step install screenshots for iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac. Download it from your Etsy purchases page right after checkout — nothing is emailed separately.
Do I need an account or a subscription?
No. There is no account to create and nothing to renew. You pay once on Etsy and the app is yours. Updates to the same app are free.
Where is my data stored? Is it private?
On your own device, in your browser's storage. We never see your numbers and nothing is sent to a server. Because of that, please use the built-in Backup button regularly — clearing your browser data would erase the app's data too.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — it is designed for the phone first, and also works on tablets, Windows PCs and Macs. Use Safari on iPhone and Chrome on Android for the best experience. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like a regular app.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes. Your product key works on your own devices. Data does not sync automatically between them (it stays local for privacy), but you can move it with Backup on one device and Restore on the other — the guide shows how.
Can I customise it?
Yes — currency, date format, light or dark theme, categories, goals and amounts are all yours to change from inside the app. No hidden cells or protected formulas.
Can I return or exchange it?
Because the product key is delivered instantly, returns are not possible once downloaded. If something doesn't work on your device, message us through Etsy — we will fix it or make it right. We would rather solve the problem than lose you.
