Measuring Your Wrist for an Accurate Bracelet Size
To find your perfect bracelet size, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet.
STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.
Now ADD 1/4” to 1/2” to your wrist size, depending on whether you would like a snug or comfort fit.
You may want to go with more of a “comfort” fit if you are planning to stack multiple bracelets!

I do my best to accurately photograph all colors, but please keep in mind that colors may vary with different monitors.
All bracelets are made on a pre-stretched elastic cording. Please remember when purchasing that elastic can snap and break! I use high quality beads and cording and am very experienced in making these bracelets....but any bracelet made on elastic cording can still snap and break!
Please reach out to me if you have an issue with your elastic breaking,
Bracelets can be replaced within six months of purchase with a photo of breakage.
I do not recommend elastic beaded bracelets for children under 3 years old without adult supervision. Buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities when purchasing for small children.

What if I need to have my bracelet resized?
You are able to ship your bracelet back for resizing. Customer is responsible for shipping and return shipping charges.
Resizing fee may apply to some orders.

Custom and personalized orders
Customize with your choice of name, word, initials etc! Just leave all personalization requests in a note during checkout (note to seller box). Include all information including heart beads and letter bead color.
Do you combine shipping charges?
Yes! Flat rate shipping on all orders shipped within the U.S!

What is your turnaround time? When will I receive my order?
It takes me time to process, create, package and ship your order. My current turnaround is approximately 1-2 weeks. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive confirmation and tracking once your package has shipped!
For RUSH order choose Priority Upgrade during checkout. Your order will be expedited to the front of the line and shipped via priority mail usually within 3 business days.

Shipping estimates by USPS:
First Class Shipping AVERAGE is 2-5 days within the US.
Priority Shipping AVERAGE 1-3 days days within the US.
I cannot guarantee these shipping times. I do provide each order with a USPS tracking numbers (excluding international packages).

Care instructions
Always put your elastic bracelet on the correct way. Never put your bracelet on by stretching or pulling it over your hand. As much as possible try rolling it over your hand without the excess pulling.
Please note that metallic jewelry and beads are capable of tarnishing. This includes **Gold and Silver**Letter Beads. Some may take on a patina which is a corrosion or oxidation that occurs on a metallic surface.

✔️ avoid contact with moisture,perfumes,lotions,sunscreens etc.
✔️store in a closed container or zip bag
