We offer both self-inking stamps and handle mounted rubber stamps. Fast turn around time and 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Most of our rubber stamps are created on a maple wood block with a wooden handle and your design engraved on the block. The stamps are the best quality rubber stamps available and make a perfect custom gift. The self inking stamps have a built in ink pad and are good for thousands of impressions. The ink pad is refillable and exchangeable for different colors

★ PROOFS

We offer free proofs with PAID purchases only. Your proof will arrive to your Etsy inbox within 24 business hours for your approval. Your complimentary proof allows you 1 free revision on your chosen design
Proofs BEFORE purchase are $10.00 each. If you choose to purchase after receiving the proof then we will deduct the $10.00 from your bill after purchase

★ CUSTOM DESIGNS

We can create any custom design and custom sizes you need. Just send us a message with your request and we will work with you

★ SHIPPING

All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail unless you choose a shipping upgrade. Orders ship out within 1-3 business days after design approval.
The stated shipping time is 6-10 business days but usually it arrives much faster.

★ WRAPPING SERVICE AND PERSONAL NOTES
We do not ship to our studio first and re-package the orders. We choose to ship direct from our makers to ensure a super speedy service and also to reduce packaging waste. That's why we can't include note cards or warp as a gift at the moment. But I will send you the tracking information so you know when the stamp will be delivered.


★ CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

MySplendidSummer stands by the quality and craftsmanship of our stamps. Your satisfaction is of the upmost importance and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a defect on your stamp, we will fix the error right away at no charge. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your stamp. Even if you made an error on your end, please convo us for resolution. We are always happy to help and value your feedback

★ Refunds and Exchanges
I certainly want you to be happy with your purchase but I generally do not offer refunds or exchanges on already created custom products due to the individual nature of customized items. If there is something wrong with the product because of something that happened on our end then I will gladly correct the error at no additional charge.
Please contact us within 30 days if there is a problem with your order.
*** IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CAREFULLY CHECK YOUR DIGITAL PROOF FOR SPELLING ERRORS AND OTHER MISTAKES AS IT WILL BE PRINTED AS IS *** MySplendidSummer is not responsible for any spelling, grammar or other errors, once the client has approved the final digital proof. **CUSTOM STAMPS** If you would like to cancel your order AFTER the design proof has been provided and BEFORE you approve the design, you will only receive a 50% refund since the design fee is part of the purchase price and it took time to create your proof. No refund will be given AFTER design approval **CUSTOM PRINTED ITEMS** The initial design fee is considered as a deposit and does not cover the whole cost of your custom/customized design as it is figured into the price of the printed items. If you would like to cancel your order AFTER your design proof has been provided and BEFORE design approval - a 50% refund of the total amount will be given. No refunds given after design approval and start of the printing process If you would like to view the quality of the print and paper availability before placing a large order, then you are encouraged to order a sample packet. Samples may include a variety of recent work orders. No refunds are provided for lost or stolen packages but you can request an insured package for an additional fee. Seller ships the items out in time with adequate packaging and labeling but seller is not responsible for lost or delayed items due to postal errors, incorrect addresses or acts of nature

Custom and personalized orders

REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS
- We can give a full refund before your design proof arrives in your Etsy inbox.
- We refund 50% of the purchase price + shipping after design proofs are sent since the custom design is part of the price.
- You cannot cancel/make changes and no refunds are given after you approve the design. We work very quickly after approval and we only send replacements for faulty items.
- contact us within 30 days if there is a problem with your order. We cannot provide replacements after 30 days.
- if you do not respond to repeat convos and emails with your design proof - we will keep your design on file for 6 months. No refunds are given and no orders will be sent 6 months after purchase.

Shipping

- Combined shipping for more than 1 order purchased at the same time is available for a small additional fee. Please note that combined shipping is for ONE shipping address only. If you purchase more than 1 product at the same time with combined shipping and would like those to be shipped to different addresses then this will incur an additional shipping fee based on the shipping address.
- Orders ship out the next business day if you approve the design before 5pm PST
- please make sure that your shipping address is current and correct. You can not change the shipping address after you approve the design.
- we can only ship to an alternate address within the same country as your shipping address at the time of your order

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM PST. We may choose to answer mail and send design proofs during non-business hours if we are available

I didn't receive my order but the tracking ID says it was delivered

Once the tracking ID indicates that an order was delivered, we can not remake/reship the item free of charge. The package can most often be found on the side of the house, dropped off at the neighbors, or it is available for pick up at the post office if nobody was around to receive the package. In the rare circumstance that it is missing or stolen, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
