i have listened to it daily and it does help for the most part, nothing is bullet proof you have to have some self control as well. it helps you along though. i dont think of chocolate and sweets as much and i have better control when i eat it and can walk away without eating a whole box of sweets that is an accomplishment for me and chocolate.

I started My Sunny Mind a few years ago, but selling jewelry was never my original plan. You see, My Sunny Mind was -and still is- a website for selling meditation and motivational visualizations that I've created. Relaxation? Rejuvenation? Meanwhile, a couple of years ago I was on holiday in England visiting my cousin Christine. Now Christine has been designing the most wonderful jewelry for over 25 years and when she showed it to me one balmy summer night (unusual for England!) I was completely blown away. The most gorgeous necklaces, dainty bracelets and pretty little earrings were presented to me. And then when I saw her sterling silver spinning rings I was completely sold. "Chris, I need to take these back to Venich Beach with me!" I exclaimed. "America will love them!"

Now when I then learnt about the practical nature of spinning rings and how they are also known as "anxiety rings", "worry rings" and "meditation rings" I knew something special was blossoming. That light bulb moment. Life affirming guided visualizations on the one hand and bo-ho hippie chic meditation rings on the other (literally!). Your sunny mind, my sunny mind.
