About

Compulsive crafter

***stands up***

Hello my name is Rachel...and I am addicted to crafting...response from crowd of other CA members (crafters anonymous) "welcome Rachel"

Seriously though. My name is Rachel and I have spent my life crafting and playing with whatever I could get my hands on. I spent my formative years driving my mother up the wall as I would steal all the toilet rolls to craft with.

I am now all grown up and have decided that permanency is something that I appreciate in art along with practicality. This is why my medium of choice is clay. I love being able to create jewellery that perfectly matches my outfit. Who else out there has a particular top, bag, shoes etc that they want to match their jewellery with?....I do custom orders....so if this is you then please contact me to see what I can make you.

By trade I am a psychologist (provisional) and I spend my day talking about and listening to others stories and pain...so coming home and being able to make something with my hands is my self care, my way of relaxing and switching off.

I hope you enjoy my shop. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like a custom order...I can make pretty much anything jewellery based/clay based. So contact me to query what we can create together using your ideas and my products :)

Welcome! I sell handmade polymer clay jewelry and other clay craft.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Items are sent back to me at your expense; however I will refund the whole cost (item and shipping costs) to you. The refund will be processed after I receive the item back in it's original condition. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me before buying....not AFTER purchasing. I just want to ensure you are happy with your item before its sent off!
Payment
Payment can be made via Paypal. Once payment is received I will post the item within 3-5 working days. If you have any issues regarding payment please contact me before raising any cases with Paypal.
Shipping
Once payment has been made I will post the item within 3-5 working days. I will not send it registered post unless you have requested a custom listing (which will include a specific costing for you for registered post to your exact address).

If you have a customised item I will require 3 working days to complete the item before posting. I always send updated pictures as I am working so you know exactly what your finished piece will look like.

If you order on a Friday afternoon I will not be able to post your item until Monday. Please be considerate of the fact that I live in Australia, so Friday afternoon for me may be Thursday afternoon, or Friday morning your time.

If for some reason the item does not arrive (please be considerate if it is an international order) then please raise the issue with me first before contacting Paypal. I will endeavor to find a solution to the issue. However remember that if your item has not been sent registered post there is always a risk that the item will get "lost".
Additional policies and FAQs
I am happy to do custom orders, and I can be contacted to discuss wholesale items. However please be aware if I am doing wholesale items then I am still making items by hand (meaning there are still slight, individual differences between items).
