Welcome to My Vintage Soiree! My little shop is a collaboration of wonderful vintage finds and "upcycled" home decor. I am here to answer any questions you may have. Enjoy!

Accepted payment methods

I currently except Etsy gift cards, PayPal and credit cards directly through Etsy. 30 day layaway is available on larger priced items. Contact me for options.
Shipping
I ship items via USPS, FedEx and UPS. You will be notified with a tracking number.

FURNITURE: Please message me with your zip code for a quote. Quotes can take a couple days as I sometimes have to wait on the shipping companies to get an offer. I would always encourage you to find your own delivery method if you'd like!

The shipping companies will vary as I use Uship for door to door shipping and the carrier is chosen by way of bidding. The lowest bid wins. They provide both curbside and white glove professional furniture moving services and work with antique and vintage furniture. Your items will be packaged professionally and safely through them. They will blanket-wrap and shrink wrap your piece. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE.

If the item is damaged during shipment, I will do all I can to help submit a claim for you if needed, but it is your responsibility to carry out the claims process. A shipper is a separate business and they are accountable for transporting the furniture in the same condition they picked it up in.

Insurance (non furniture items)
As I do take pride in shipping all of my items with the utmost care, I cannot always guarantee the arrival of undamaged goods during shipment. If an insured item is damaged during shipment (rare, but it happens) I MUST be notified or responded to within 72 hours of item delivery...As any items that have been insured and damaged must have the claim filed through the carrier. If this were to happen, all packaging material and package contents MUST be kept so the damage can be assessed and considered insurable by the carrier.

International Shipping:
Although I ship worldwide, it is not always possible to add tracking and insurance. This depends on the country and how much you are willing to spend on shipping. Also know that some countries charge you, the buyer, a fee once an item is delivered to you. These charges are determined by the countries who enforce them. And there is no way for me to know whether or not this will be applied when delivered to you, and the charge (if any) will be your responsibility.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the vintage nature of my items, all sales are final. Should you need to cancel a transaction, I am willing to give you a store credit for the full amount paid. It would be good to use for one year of the time of your original purchase.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me prior to leaving feedback and allow me the opportunity to address the situation. I want you to be happy with your purchase and my service.
