About Us

Above all our brand is the product of a friendship that have started around 10 years ago between two people who shared a huge interest in occult mysticism and love to fantasy and historical fashion.
From the beginning it used to be more of a hobby when we were together creating various headpieces, wigs and accessories for our own use in professional shootings or during festivals or costume balls, but step by step during years, while our skills and ideas were growing more and more, we have decided to share our creations with the other people basing it on our very own experience. And that is how MyWitchery as a brand has been born.
As it was mentioned before our brand is a crew of two people, so let us shortly introduce ourselves:

Since I can remember I have been fascinated with mystical tales, history, spiritual beliefs of ancient times, unlike the other children, which probably made me kind of outsider at that point, but in the most positive side of the term, because it gave me an ability to generate my own creative way of perceptions of the world around me and naturally passed myself into the Gothic youth afterwards, which I remain faithful to since then.
I started my artistic journey as a model, creating images for photo-shootings. Also, while attending different festivals and costumed events, the inspiration for my creations and outfits were theatrical and opera performances, epic movies and books . At some point, I realized that I could share my sense of beauty with other people and help them to add even more creativity to their own image.
Now, as the founder and owner of the brand for more than 5 years, I'm incredibly happy to invite you to our magical world and bring your fantastic ideas to life.

Since I was a child I had a huge interest in classic art and historical fashion among with the fact how much it was inspired by folklore, ancient mythology and fairy tales.
But while I was growing older I fell into the world of alternative subcultures and ended up living my Gothic fantasy for almost two decades at this point.
Combination of all these knowledge helped me to get a professional degree in hairdressing and history of arts, which for sure gave me some practical skills, but also affiliation to the alternative way of living and thinking made me not to be scared to embody my boldest ideas into reality, and I would be glad to share this ability with you.

Returns and exchange details
1. Please contact us before any return is made.
2. The costs for returning delivery relay on the buyer.
3. If you find any kinds of damage please inform us immediately about the nature of damage providing picture that would prove that it have been caused by the way of packaging or the quality of product.
4. Please make sure that the item is returned along with tracking number, written confirmation of the fault, plus your order number, name and address, contact number and a brief note as to the nature of the return.
5. For international returns, all packages need to be marked as "returned goods" to prevent custom charges and to have a tracking number.
If a package is not marked as such then we may not accept the return or charge the customs and tax duty to you.
6. Please be sure to read the entire description of the item before you buy.
7. Please, if you need your order for a FIXED DATE, inform us IN ADVANCE before purchase
Usually creating of any product takes 2-4 weeks plus shipping
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for the shipping not in time, unless you previously warned us AND WE WILL NOT CANCEL TRANSACTION
8. Sorry, we don't make a full refund in case you changed your wedding theme or found, that the item doesn't fit your style or to other clothes and etc. Almost all of our items are unique and made to order, so we are keeping 50% of price and delivery cost.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order to receive a FULL REFUND , please, do it within first 5 working days after payment otherwise we are not able to give you back full amount of money ( because for all the items which are marked in description as "To Order" we are purchasing the required materials only after receiving a full payment for it. )
If you did not cancel your order during first 5 working days we return 50% of the actual price of the product you ordered in case that the issues was on our behalf.
1. By placing your order you constitute acceptance of the terms described at which point you are bound to your contract.
2. Usually creating of any product takes 3-6 weeks, unless the product is not marked as "READY TO SHIP". In that case we will ship your order during 3-5 business days after receiving the payment (excluding weekends).
3. By default, we send all items by Deutsche Post (from Germany) or Ukrainian Post (from Ukraine) with a tracking number.
Standard shipping period depends of the country, but usually takes :
Germany: 3-5 business days
United States: 10-14 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days.
The option of expedited shipping by services as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS is available but for that you need to contact us before placing the order. The expedited shipping would require extra payment.
4. We are not responsible for the shipping delays or losses if they are cause by the work of delivery service or border control.

When your parcel arrives in your country, if you are anxious about getting your stuffs, you may try to contact your local carrier to get the delivery expedited.
3. What's the exact location of my parcel?

For most international parcels, due to low postages, even express service, the carriers don't have a guaranteed or an expected date of arrival.
The shipping time can be slower than you expect, mostly because of the customs procedure and airline arrangement.
The international shipping is quite different from the domestic shipping.

Your Shipment is being scanned on given points during the transport. In between these points we will not be able to give you more information about the exact whereabouts of your Shipment. We update the tracking information continuously if new information is available from carrier.

All tracking websites pull all tracking data from the respective carriers and there's no additional information is available from them.

4. My parcel is "Not found", what shall I do?

"Not Found" means we do not find any information for that number. We recommend that you double check your tracking number; or contact us for verification.

If the tracking number is correct, please wait for at least 1-2 days after the parcel
have been sent for tracking details to be available.


5. My parcel was stuck at somewhere; can you update some new info?

MyWitchery is just an Etsy shop, who doesn't have any influence on the delivery process or the shipping time.
We just give you the tracking number , which you can check on any tracking website online easily, but we are not the logistics companies.
Tracking websites will not have any additional information other than those provided in the tracking log. When there’s new tracking info from each corresponding carrier, they will update it accordingly.

Please, contact us using direct massages on Etsy with all of your questions. This way you can be sure to get the quick and full answer.

✅In most cases we are able to change the color and some other details of the designs, you may find in our shop. It would costs approximately 20-50 euro more than the actual price.

✅Time period of creating a completely new custom design may take from 2 weeks to 2 month.
It depends on complexity of work, and the process of finding and ordering fitting materials.
Please, contact us in advance to be sure about the date you need your purchase to be received and to avoid any complications or delays.
✅ We would probably need some clarifying information to create the product which will suite you perfectly: size, shape, color, photo-references, etc.
After receiving this information we can tell you the actual price of the item and terms/dates of creating process.
✅ We accept a custom order only after receiving the full payment! Exceptional are cases when we have discussed and dealt with the customer on Payment In Parts.
✅In case of cancellation of an individual order 70% of the cost is not refundable.
✅ We never recreate any kinds of copies of someone else's artworks.
✅We always show pictures of materials and of the product before shipping a custom order to be sure it's the most desirable result.

Renting, lending and new collaborations.

Sorry, we don't lend or even rent our headpieces because:

✅ Almost all of our items are made to order, usually we don't have ready-to-ship headpieces in our store.
✅ We have a lots of orders and clients, who are waiting for their goods. Sorry, but we won’t be able to break our promises to them and do something urgently and for free for your shooting.
✅ Headdresses made of feathers and wigs: those should be in a perfect condition to sell, but after even one time of using them and delivery to and back, they look very "tired" and need a repairing (if repair would even be possible)
✅ Nothing personal, but in the past we already have had some unpleasant experience , when our headpieces were returned in a horrible state or after a very long time. Two of them weren't returned at all.
✅ When we have some free time, we gladly take a part in a projects with other designers and photographers, but in this case we already have our team.
✅You may see some cool professional photos here, but 90% of our items on pictures are model's or photographer's property. Artists just kindly shared their masterpieces with us.

We appreciate work of all models and photographers, but sorry, after a hours of work and spending our money for materials, can't give them for free.
