Hello, I`m Katrin, alternative model and founder MYWitchery Etsy-shop!
I`ve started with making headdresses a long time ago in Ukraine , when I realized, I can`t find a proper accessories for my photo shootings. From the start it was simple creations just for myself, but with time I improved my skills and people began to be interested in my headdresses.
Being in Ukraine I decided to open an Etsy shop and did it in 2014, but actually it started to work in the end of 2015.
After some time my best friend,Twiddy Schadenfreude , professional hairdresser, joined my shop with his styled wigs and headpieces , so now we`re running this business together.
In 2017 I moved to Germany and now I`m finally closer to my European customers and stunning gothic events!
I`m regular visitor Wave Gothic Treffen since 2013. This year (2018) we had a stand there and will surely do it again next year), I took part in German Fetish Ball fashion show as model and designer and going to visit some great events at Venice carnival again.
Me and Twiddy Schadenfreude have a big experience of wearing headdresses, complicated outfits and wigs at various events, so we try to make all of them as comfortable as possible.
We like to make an accessories in gothic, witchy and fantasy styles, using different kinds of modern and vintage materials in our work. Our craft is entirely inspired by historical fashion, science fiction, mythology and macabre fairy-tales.
We would be absolutely happy to share our wearable art with you!

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
1. All items are packaged carefully, but if you will find any kinds of damage please inform us immediately about it.
2. All items are thoroughly checked before they are sent out to you to ensure the quality of the product.
However, if for any reason you find a product to be faulty, or you are unhappy with your purchase or any items do not arrive, please contact us to solve that problem.
3. If you return the item within seven days, we will amend the item at no extra cost to you.
In this case the costs for returning delivery relays on the buyer.
Please make sure that the item is returned along with tracking number, written confirmation of the fault, plus your order number, name and address, contact number and a brief note as to the nature of the return.
Please contact us before any return is made.
4. For international returns, all packages need to be marked as 'returned goods' to prevent custom charges and to have a tracking number.
If a package is not marked as such then we may not accept the return or charge the customs and tax duty to you.
5. By placing your order you constitute acceptance of the terms described at which point you are bound to your contract.

Payment
We accept only PayPal payments

If the item you purchase is marked as "Ready to ship" we send it to you in 3-5 business days after receiving the payment (excluding weekends).
In case of creating a custom order creation of the product starts only after receiving the payment.
In the case of custom order all the details about product and shipping has to be discussed in privat conversation with the buyer.
Shipping
1. By default we send all items by Ukrainian Post (from Ukraine) or Deutsche Post (from Germany) with a tracking number.
2. If you would like, we could send out items by FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS (for extra payment). In that case all the details about the shipping are discussed in privat conversation.
3. If the item you purchase is marked as "Ready to ship" we send it to you in 3-5 business days after receiving the payment (excluding weekends).
4. Shipping by Ukrainian or German Post usually takes from a couple of days inside country to 2-8 or even more weeks for international parcels (time of delivery depends on location and border control conditions).
5. Please note that delivery time may vary and we as a seller do not take responsibility for losses or delays because in that case it relays on the delivery service.
6. Please check if your Etsy address is correct. We always ship the parcel using the address noticed in your order, unless you request otherwise.

CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY:

1. We take custom orders. Just press the "Request Custom Order" button and fill the form or just contact us in conversations.
2. Time for making an individual work can take from 7 days to one month. It depends on complexity of work. So be sure about the date you need your purchase to be received to avoid any complications.
3. We may need some clarifying information to create the product which will suite you perfectly: size, shape, color etc. After receiving this information we can tell you the actual price of the item and term of execution period.
4. We start creating a custom order only after receiving the payment!
5. We never recreate any kinds of copies of someone else's artworks.
6. Because each of our items is one of a kind and hand made we can not guarantee that your custom order for recreating one of our products will look 100% as it is shown on the picture in the listing. But the detailed discussion of your order in conversation may help us to get to the most desirable result of the buyer. We also can send pictures of the product in progress of creation for the buyer's request.

After exporting/departure, the shipping status will not be updated until the parcel arrives in the next location!

3. What's the exact location of my parcel?

For most international parcels, due to low postages, even express service, the carriers don't have a guaranteed or an expected date of arrival.
The shipping time can be slower than you expect, mostly because of the customs procedure and airline arrangement.
The international shipping is quite different from the domestic shipping.

Your Shipment is being scanned on given points during the transport. In between these points we will not be able to give you more information about the exact whereabouts of your Shipment. We update the tracking information continuously if new information is available from carrier.

All tracking websites pull all tracking data from the respective carriers and there's no additional information is available from them.

"Not Found" means we do not find any information for that number. We recommend that you double check your tracking number; or contact us for verification.

5. My parcel was stuck at somewhere; can you update some new info?

MyWitchery is just an Etsy shop, who doesn't have any influence on the delivery process or the shipping time.
We just give you the tracking number , which you can check on any tracking website online easily, but we are not the logistics companies.
Tracking websites will not have any additional information other than those provided in the tracking log. When there’s new tracking info from each corresponding carrier, they will update it accordingly.
