Hello! Thank you for visiting Mya Bruce Designs!
I hope you like the items I have in the shop. If you are looking for a custom request, please note that I am limiting the number of these that I will accept at this time. If you know what you would like in the design, please send me an etsy convo for pricing.

Prior to an order being placed all changes/requests/add ons must be finalized. When I create an order, I strictly only reference what is on the receipt print out, so any additional information must be included in the check out notes. I will not be going back to reference etsy convos, as I just have too many to keep track of, so please make sure all the information is correctly and clearly listed how you want it in the check out process.

Shop hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Please feel free to contact me or process and order after those times, just be aware that I might not be able to get back to you until the next business day. I generally respond to all Monday-Friday requests within 24 hours. (Unless it's a holiday).
Production time may vary.
Please note that once an order is placed, it generally ships within 1-1.5 weeks. If you need an item quickly, please contact me first for potential rush processing fees or to create a custom listing with an upgraded shipping option.

Jewelry:
Please note that all personalization is stamped by hand. It will not look uniform and may vary per piece.
All stones, jewels, pearls and metals may vary in shapes and sizes and colors. Please keep in mind that antiqued metals are treated, and may all have varying degrees of treatments and some are darker than others.
Chain styles & gem colors/sizes may vary. If you want something specific - all requests need to be made in advance before the order is finalized.

Quantities are limited.

All requests must be handled directly through etsy, rather than email or facebook or phone.

I do not wave shipping charges, and I do not allow local pick-up or drop offs.

Payment
All pricing quoted, or custom requests are valid for TWO weeks. An unprocessed custom request order will be removed after that time, and pricing may increase.

Payment is accepted via paypal only. I am not able to accept credit cards or checks. Please note that I never see your credit card number that is attached to your paypal account, and paypal is strictly in control of your payment.
If you select to use the e-chex option with paypal, please note that this will increase your production and waiting time, because I cannot begin creating your item until the check clears, which is generally about a week.
All sales are final. Please message me if there is a problem with your order.
Shipping
Production time is generally up to a week. High demand items will be listed with longer production time. Shipping time is in addition to the production time, so expect another 2-5 days for US shipments.

If you have purchased more than one item at a time, shipping includes
the cost for me to send it to ONE location only, and covers the price
of the additional gift boxes for each item. If you need me to send
one of your items as a gift to an additional location, you need to
purchase that item separately.

Shipping for US orders are GENERALLY sent as first class USPS mail with a tracking
for delivery confirmation. Shipping transit times may vary but
usually take 2-5 days. Please note that transit times may be longer
during holidays.
For International orders - my experience is that they take a minimum of 10 days, and sometimes 3 weeks. I am unable to track these packages. I also cannot guarantee them since I am told that they can get lost or stolen in customs, but I have also never lost one yet! Because of the risk of theft, I usually write "costume jewelry" on the customs label.

I cannot control or guarantee shipments once they are out of my hands
and in the hands of the post office. Unless you would like to upgrade
your shipping and pay the extra charges for insurance, then lost or
stolen packages are out of my control and I cannot reimburse for an
order that isn't received once it has been shipped. That being said - have not lost one yet!

If you need an item with a quick turn around time - please message me before you put the order through in case we need to upgrade your shipping options. Rush orders may incur a rush charge if I have numerous orders in front of yours.

{Preliminary information}


I handle all requests through etsy. Requests should not be poked, prodded, or emailed... texted, phoned, yelled at, or flown by messenger pigeon.

I am woman hear me roar, but I am only one woman! {OH SNAP!}
This independent woman would love to have a staff of 50, but.....
my kids aren't yet legally old enough to work. And I'm a baker's dozen away from having 50.
Each custom request requires a lot of communication and time, so I am currently limiting the amount and the scope of these projects. (at least until I can pop out 13 more kids)

If you have a clear idea of a design that you would like, and you already know what you need included on it, what materials you want to use (silver, bronze, brass, gold-filled, etc), sizes, and what you want stamped on it, please
let me know in a clear itemized list (crayon drawings on a napkin aren't nearly as clear as you'd think). I will respond with pricing information within 48 hours (with a big ol smiley face).
If you are inquiring about items I do not have in stock, I will need to gather additional pricing information for these items.

If you love all of my stuff oh so much that it's darn near impossible to land on your favorite, do what we women love most - browsing! Check out my other items first, and then reference (with the copied links into the conversation) the pieces you like. Mama loves you, but mama needs links = I can't quickly find references with only an item # or item name.
If after all the browsing, you're still undecided, I can offer some suggestions, but I can only bake a cake for someone that has a recipe.

I do not offer images of everything I have in stock (film costs so much to develop these days...oy),
So if you are unsure of what colors to pick, here are three tricks to guarantee happiness...
1. what's your favorite color?!?
2. What color do you wear most often?
3. Birthstone

And I'll add a 4 for the people that still don't know...
4. Pick a neutra shade.

I'm all for clarity! So here is a sample of what a custom request would look like from my favorite students :)

- small sterling circle says: Amanda
- larger sterling circle (whole or washer style) says: I'll always love you
- small heart charm
- purple pearl or crystal drop
- 18" chain, please price with standard ball chain, or upgraded to sterling.

Now here's the small print from the accounting department:
Each original quoted price for an itemized request includes up to 3 change options.
There may be a charge for each additional change (plus/minus the change in cost due to changing the materials).

I can't guarantee a quoted price longer than 2 weeks... All custom listings will only be listed for two weeks and then removed. Since I am charged for each listing, if you do not purchase the custom listing before I have to remove it, and then you want it to be re-listed again, the price will go up +$3... blah blah... red tape... blah blah...fine print... Sclemeel, schlemazel, hasenfeffer incorporated.
