Note from shop owner I have returned to my home in Tucson Arizona after winning the cardboard art exhibition in Lucca Italy, Cartasia (http://cartasia.it). I have the pleasant problem of being completely out of stock. I've sold almost everything I have. So until I can get enough work finished to make this store worth my time to manage I am keeping it in "Vacation Mode". I am involved in several big new projects including heading up the All Souls Procession Workshops in Tucson.

I really loved the tone of this piece. There is a certain retro vibe to it that I was drawn to. It was shipped right away and I recieved it in excellent condition. I will use this site again. It was great that the artist actually verified my purchase personally.

This piece is very cool! plan to by more from this artist. I received my purchase very,very quickly as promised and in excllent condition. I dont' do much shopping on line so was very pleased with the results! I have recommended this site to friends and co-workers already.

Shop policies

I am an artist first and foremost. I survive on very slim margins, as such my policies are in place to protect me from scams. I am generally willing to work with customers who are unhappy with their purchase. But in cases where we can not come to an agreement my store policies are the rules that I will abide by.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I require payment at the time of purchase. I only accept Paypal. You can pay with a credit card through Paypal without setting up a Paypal account

Shipping
Most items will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Items requiring special packaging may take up to one business week.

I ship using USPS unless otherwise stated. I ship only to the United States unless prior arrangements are made, convo me prior to making your purchase to make arrangements.

If you would like insurance just convo me at the time of sale. This charge will be extra in addition to regular shipping charges.

Any item over $100 will be automatically insured at my cost.

If shipping is arranged with me prior to the sale and the actual shipping charges are less than what I have quoted, upon request, you will receive a refund of the difference through your paypal account. To receive a refund of the difference you must have a Paypal account.
Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales are final.
Due to the unique nature of my work exchanges generally are not available. Though in the case of reproductions an exchange may be possible.
I do not refund money.

If an item is damaged in shipping, the item may be replaced or repaired at my discretion. If an Item is can not be repaired or replaced a refund may be available. Refunds do not include postage.

If the item is damaged or broken, I require photos of the damaged item and all packaging materials. The images must clearly show the damage.

If it is determined that the item will be repaired it is the buyers responsibility to pay the cost of shipping both ways.

Items are shipped first class mail and priority mail. Priority mail may have a tracking number. If a package is not received within 14 days of mail date the buyer should contact me to let me know that they have not received their package. At this time I will track your package to see if it has been received by your post office. If the package has been received and a notice has been filed with the post office for pickup. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pick the package up at the post office.

If the package has not been received by your post office, is untrackable and no notification has been sent to you by your post office I will either refund you your money or replace the missing item. However, you will be responsible for the postage.
Additional policies and FAQs
I have yet to have an unhappy transaction and I am quite willing to come to a reasonable settlement in the case of a dispute. As stated these policies are mainly here to protect me from scams. In situations where an agreement can't be reached The policies stand.

If you wish me to clarify any point or you wish to make alternative arrangements with me, the time to do that is before you initiate the transaction.
