PLEASE NOTE: Once an item has shipped and left my possession and is in the postal providers hands it is no longer my responsibility.

After an item leaves my possession and is in carrier hands I am not responsible for loss or damage. If you would like insurance for an item let me know and it can go priority mail insured for a larger fee. If an item does get lost in transit I will do my best to help you figure it out and do what I can from my end. If you have paid for insurance or the item is over $200 and has insurance I will file the claim once it’s paid by carrier I will send you a refund. Most overseas packages will incur customs fees. Buyer is responsible for those fees. Buyer is also responsible for picking item up from customs if needed. If an item that buyer purchased gets returned to me by the post buyer will incur extra cost to have the item resent. There will be no refunds for customers that don't pick up their items from customs and have the package returned. Again this will be the buyers responsibility.
