CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY
* Silver and Gold-Plated items are plated with authentic metals and must be cared for the same way as authentic metals.
* Tarnishing (oxidization of metals) is Normal. Refunds are not processed for tarnishing/oxidization.
* CLEAN tarnished pieces - POLISH your jewelry periodically with silver/gold polishing cloths.
* AVOID contact with water / fluids - DO NOT swim, shower, or bathe while wearing your jewelry or it can tarnish.
* Refunds/Returns are not accepted due to water damage or tarnishing.
* Custom Orders are not eligible for refund.
* Must notify me within 48 hours of confirmed delivery per USPS Tracking.
* Photos must be provided of the Item and Packaging within 24 hours of initial notification.
* All Returns are Processed on a Case-by-Case basis.
* Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
* Returns - Recommended that you use USPS First Class Mail with Tracking
* We are unable to process returns or refunds for items that are not received by this office.
