5 out of 5 starsOh my goodness what an ordeal this pendant made! For some reason the sealant leaked inside the globe, so Roger had to redo it. He tried about 5 times to get it to work, but the summer heat wave was against him! After almost two weeks we ended up settling on the 16mm globe, but I cannot express enough how hard he tried to get everything to work. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. While I was waiting for the globe to be done, I purchased another pendant. He refunded my shipping and sent them together, and they are stunning!!! Absolutely worth the wait. I am a forever customer and highly recommend Roger's shop.
