It is shoddy quality. The plastic inserts look like they were cut with someone’s teeth. The frame does not fit together properly. I called to get a refund and was told that they will not give me one. I was told they have never had a customer complaint. I do not believe that. Don’t buy from them.

Our fine pewter ornaments are designed to fit perfectly once photos are added to front and back of insert. Safety glass edges are hidden on interior. However, will replace for any customer who asks. Some people are not DIY candidates. Custom option is worth the money as we do all the work for you. This customer was offered all the above. There is a no return policy, even for bullies. Thanks to all my customers for supporting this small business on Etsy. Our photo ornaments are truly timeless keepsakes. ~ TMCdesigns
