Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item or damage was caused to the item by no fault of your own...please contact me before returning your item.
items can be exchanged or returned for full refund (minus shipping costs). Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of item’s receipt and items must be undamaged. I do ask that you please email me before you return an item
Please be aware for iPhone screens, iPad screens, + computer screens do not always depict colors exactly as you will see them in real life. I always do my best to portray my items as close as possible.

Payment
All payments are through PayPal. Payment is expected within 2 days of sale, immediate would be best. If payment is not received within 48 hours and other arrangements have not been made, the order will be canceled.
Shipping
I send my items from Korea to everywhere with Korea Post airmail. Most items will arrive to worldwide within 2-3 weeks. Some packages may take longer to arrive due to customs and security checks. If you need your item by a certain date, please let me know and I can work out express shipping for you. To US it is $22
Tracking and delivery confirmation services are NOT included with the shipping cost. If you want to require tracking or delivery confirmation, please contact me before your purchase. To US it is $22
Please note that the Buyer is responsible for paying all customs fees, taxes, and duties they may be charged by their country. Please check with your Postal Service before ordering.
