This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

INFORMATION I COLLECT:
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number (required by my insurer for coverage eligibility), payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.
WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION & HOW I USE IT:

****SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING ORDER PROCESS AND USE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED:
As a policy, when an order is received, I send a confirmation convo, via the etsy system, to let you know I've received your order and to confirm the details of your order. I want to be sure we get everything just right for you. Sometimes, clients place orders with missing information. When this happens, I contact the client, via etsy convo, to request the missing information so that we can begin the order. Most often, I hear back right away, and we can proceed. However, there are times, when clients do not reply to the convo system. It is in this instance that I will reach out to the email provided at checkout, to try and contact the client, with the express intent to confirm the order and gather the missing/necessary information to begin fabrication. Please be sure to check the convo system when placing an order, as this allows for more seamless communication, all within Etsy. Etsy asks that vendors keep communication on their system, and I want to respect the privacy of your personal contact information, so checking your etsy convos is a great way to facilitate both of these measures.
