1 out of 5 starsI received a message from the seller, AFTER the time that I should have already received the mitts, that there would be a significant delay. She apparently knew when I ordered the mitts that she would not be able to stick to the time line. She offered a refund; however, her response to my request for one was VERY unprofessional and rude. She stated that she will stick with her regular customers from now on. So if you are a new customer I suggest you look else where!

I email EVERYONE after they order. I'm not sure why anyone would be upset with someone who gave them a quick refund. The site also states "Order now to receive by Christmas." Not sure how this gets read wrong? I'm sorry you were unhappy with your transaction. Not sure how I was rude, I would rather refund than to keep others waiting.
