I use high quality mateials and utmost care in all of my designs
NLartanddesign accepts Paypal. Paypal is easy to use and you don't have to have an account.

New York State residents will be charged 8.375% sales tax.

• Please pay immediately with PayPal only. Orders not paid for within 24 hours will be canceled and the items re-listed at will
Orders ship within 3-4 days of receiving your payment. We ship using USPS Priority Mail. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.

International shipping by First Class Mail.
Duty and fees charged on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. I do not mark retail purchases as "gifts" on customs forms, as it is a federal offense.

International shipping fees please contact me for your correct shipping fees.
Please note that items will not be shipped until payment is received. When you select the e-check option in PayPal, the shipment of your order may be delayed by up to 7 or more business days while the payment clears.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of your purchase. The item must be returned in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.

I cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit back to me. Solutions may include full or partial refund, store credit ***Shipping fees will not be refunded, and return shipping fee is solely the responsibility of the buyer.***
