There were some fitting issues when it arrived but they helped me figure out where things had gone wrong and immediately offered to fix it. We shipped it back and they were kind enough to cover the high tax amount that came from writing in the value of the dress in exchange for us paying for the shipping price when it was sent back. They were very quick to alter the dress and ship it back. Amazing customer service and highly communicative. The quality of their work is above and beyond what I was expecting even when there were fitting issues. Will update with a picture as soon as it’s arrived again and I can put the full costume on!

Edit: The dress arrived and it fits like a glove! Would definitely work with them again.

I had a great experience with this shop! I am putting together a legend of Korra costume and I already had most of what I needed but I still needed the fur wrap part that she wears on her waist. I contacted the seller and asked if I could order just this part and they accommodated my request and gave me exactly what I asked for! It was delivered well before the date I needed it, is made of high quality material, and fits me perfectly! I’m so excited about this outfit!

They were very communicative and responsive during the whole process. The costumes came on time from Ukraine to USA. I am amazed by how the Sailormoon costume fits. It looks like it’s straight out from the anime itself. The only problem I had with the Sailormoon fuku is that the skirt is a bit too long in the back, so it looks a bit like low high. I had also ordered a Chibimoon costume for my daughter. However, the neck area was too small for her to even fit.. and the gloves were too tiny where the fingers are suppose to go in. I still appreciated the fact that they went ahead and custom made my daughter the costume, but wish it fit better. :( We managed to get the costume on, but it is extremely difficult to take off still.

Quality materials and product shipped quickly. Seller was communicative throughout the whole process. Fit is tight in the arms/shoulders and skirt is unusually full but could be due to my measurements. Corset was missing from my package but was promptly refunded by the seller. With accessories, final cost ended up double the base cost. Then I had to pay almost 200 in duty fees on delivery. I guess I am satisfied with the result, but not including the surprise taxes, would I really spend six hundred on this outfit in the future? Probably not.
