Welcome to NOOK DESIGN!
Unique studio furniture and refined wooden objects; tables, chairs, wooden boxes, cremation urns, frames and more… all carefully hand crafted by myself in an artisanal wood shop in Montreal, Quebec. I use basic woodworking machinery and traditional hand tools to achieve a quality finish and a refinement that's just not seen in mass produced objects. Great craftsmanship and personalized service is what you can expect from NOOK DESIGN.

Business hours are Monday to Friday 9h00 –17h00 EST
Please send an Email or call anytime if you have any questions. If busy or you call outside of our business hours we may not be able to take the call directly, however please leave a detailed message with your name, the nature of the call, and a phone number or e-mail where we can reach you. We will respond via e-mail or call you back as soon as we can.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT: PayPal - The most secure method of payment for online purchases. You can pay through PayPal using any major credit card at no extra cost. Simply follow the prompts to complete your purchase, and don't hesitate to contact us if you need help.
CANADIAN ORDERS: All orders in Canada are subject to the sales tax(es) applicable in your respective Province.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We don't apply sales tax on international orders as it remains the responsibility of the buyer to remit any applicable taxes to their respective tax authorities.
PROCESSING: All orders are processed within two business days.
CANADIAN AND U.S. CUSTOMERS: We ship anywhere in Canada and U.S. via regular post (approx 5-10 business days).
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us right away and we will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are treated on a case-by-case basis. Your satisfaction is our priority so please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
