5 out of 5 starsJoshua was very help throughout the process i asked for my ring to be custom-made this wasn't an issue, Joshua sent me different option and ideas to choose from answers any questions i had promptly he also suggested larger paves to maximise the look of the overall ring. The quality of the ring is outstanding im over the moon its just perfect.

5 out of 5 starsThe sellers were so helpful in all our requests, it made the process very simple and I really got the exact ring I wanted, it's just really beautiful and well crafted and we couldn't be happier with it. The stone seems to look more or less green/blue on different days which we adore, it's blue in the photo here but often looks light green.

The sense that I am buying something very unique (the wedding ring was individually designed) really made the whole experience feel extra special. WHOLLY RECOMMENDED.

Custom and personalised orders
I accept custom and personalized orders. Please feel free to share your ideas with me and I would love to make them for you.
Please be noted that we reserve the right to sell any customized items and add them to my shop listings.
Rush order
The normal production time is 3-4 weeks and it can be shortened to 2 weeks if you pay an extra £50. Please contact me if you need a rush order.
Engraving
Engraving is available (within 10 characters is preferable). The cost is £5 per ring.
Payment plan
I accept payment plans. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan. The first payment can be £100 or above. When the first payment is made, we will start to work on your order. The item will be shipped out after the last payment is paid.
Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please understand that I do not carry any stock and make our rings by hand per order. 50% of the payment will be deducted from your refund to cover the expenses of handcrafting and shipping costs. The following items are non-returnable:
• Full eternity rings
• Rings with engravings
• Items that exceed the return period
• Custom or personalized orders
• Ring sizes smaller than UK size F1/2 and larger than UK size R 1/2.
Refund policy
Customized rings, tailored specifically to individual preferences, are not eligible for return or exchange due to their unique nature, as they cannot be resold to others.
For non-customized items, a 50% restocking fee will be applied to returns or exchanges, deducted from the total order amount. This fee does not exceed £100.
