Friendly, understanding online service; the delivery was a bit stressful because – if I hadn't already been paranoid – the piece of furniture would have simply been delivered at some random time. However, the delivery driver helped me carry it inside and was friendly. The product description itself mentioned teak and veneer. When it arrived, I initially thought it was mostly MDF, but the shop informed me that it was particleboard. Fair enough. Therefore, I'm revising my review. Given the proportion of particleboard, it's still reasonable to include it, because at the end of the day, a false impression (a chest of drawers made of veneer and teak) was created. Nevertheless, the design is very, very nice, and the shop was very accommodating.
