Custom and personalized orders

All of our items are made to order. Due to the multiple options of colors and sizes, we consider every order custom, and it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I personalize each pair with a different name?

Yes! We offer the option to personalize each pair with a different name and/or title for no additional cost. This option is available with the bulk discount too!

Do you have bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer bulk discounts on our solid sunglasses starting at 10 pairs. We also have bulk discounts on our bamboo sunglasses starting at 5 pairs.

How many writing colors can I get on one pair of sunglasses?

We offer the option to get 1 or 2 writing colors on each pair. If you would like more than 2 colors on a single pair, please contact us for a quote.

How many characters can fit on each arm?

The max number of characters depends on the font style. If you have something specific in mind, but you're not sure if it will fit, please message us! We can work with you to make each pair perfect! Note: Kids size and Bamboo sunglasses fit less characters than our standard adult sunglasses.

What size should I get?

We have two sizes available. Kids size is recommended for children ages 2 to 9 years old. We recommend adult size for anyone 10+ years old.

Can I get kids size AND adult size for the same rate?

Yes! Our bulk discount applies to the TOTAL number of pairs ordered, no matter the size or color. We can include some kids size for the same bulk discount rate.

Why is shipping so high?

Sometimes Etsy automatically compounds shipping costs when you add multiple items to your cart, causing the shipping price to be too high. If this is the case, please message us for a custom listing so we can get you the correct shipping charges.
