Just an indigenous gender queer artist looking share with the world

Hello everyone! My name is Savannah. I’m a native of Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo in the state of New Mexico. My mother is from Ohkay Owingeh and my father is Diné from Shiprock, NM. I grew up in the city of Santa Fe, aka the city different and in May 2021 I graduated from the Institute of American Indian Arts with a BFA in Creative Writing. During the pandemic I needed something to do with my hands to calm my anxiety and beading was one of the things I turned to. I ended up really enjoying it and have calming it is. I wanted to start a shop to sell my creations and share my work with the world. I’ve been making jewelry on and off since I was around 14 and I hope to continue to expand my horizons. Hope you enjoy my shop!
