Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Please always contact me immediately if you are dissatisfied or have any problem with your item and I will do my best to resolve it with you ASAP.

If you are not happy with your purchase, I will give a refund or exchange on standard items* (not custom made pieces or sale items)

*ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL and non refundable/returnable. I may agree to an exchange depending on circumstances.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return your purchase. You will need to send your item back to me and obtain proof of postage, within 14 working days of delivery. It must be unworn, unwashed and all labels still on.

Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept any returns or exchanges on knickers. I will only replace knickers if there is a fault on my part but they must be machine washed and returned to me. Knickers purchased as part of a set are also non returnable and you may only claim a refund for the bra portion of your return. The value of the knickers will be deducted from the refund amount.

Custom items (lingerie made to your personal measurements or adapted from the standard sizes in any way) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault on my part. I offer to work with you to alter your custom piece if you are not satisfied.

Postage costs for returns, exchanges or alterations are the customers responsibility.
Shipping
The shipping service used is not a tracked or signed for service. You can upgrade your delivery to a more secure, signed and tracked service by contacting me before purchase.

UK
I use 1st Class Royal Mail service UK. This service aims to deliver in 1 -2 working days but is not tracked or signed for.

EU
I use Royal Mail International Standard service for shipping to EU. It takes 3-5 working days to arrive. This service is untracked. You can upgrade your delivery to a more secure, signed and tracked service by contacting me before purchase.

US- I use Royal Mail International Standard service for shipping to US. It takes 5-7 working days to arrive. This service is untracked. You can upgrade your delivery to a more secure, signed and tracked service by contacting me before purchase.

For US, there are currently no import duty fees added to items with a value under $200, however a small handling fee may sometimes be charged (though very unlikely)

PLEASE NOTE: As a policy, I will not alter customs forms to read 'gift' or alter the value of the item declared to avoid import duties.

RECEIPTS: I am no longer printing invoices to include with your order in an effort to save paper. If you would like an paper receipt it is not a problem - just let me know in a message at checkout and I will include it in your package.
Additional policies and FAQs
Manufacture and Sizing
I advise that you choose styles that you know suit your body shape. Some soft cup bras are best suited to A-D sizes due to their limited support. Please see item listings for recommendations or don't hesitate to contact me if you're unsure.

I would always recommend sending me your personal measurements and your usual bra cup size in a 'note to seller' at the checkout. This will enable me to choose the best sizing for you and make any small adjustments required to best fit your body shape.

Instructions on what measurements to send me and how to take them are featured with the size chart which can be found as the final image of any listing. Alternatively, if you feel confident you can order straight from the sizing chart provided.

For dimensions outside of my size chart, please request a custom order (Request Custom Order button) from the shop front page and A small additional cost will be charged for me to draw up a pattern to your uniques sizing, from scratch. This is usually appx £10 / $14.50USD / 12.60 Euros but will vary depending on your requirements.

As outlined above, custom sized items (lingerie made to your personal measurements) and adapted purchases cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault on my part. I will happily work with you to make any adjustments if you are not pleased with the fit of your item. Due to hygiene reasons, I do not make adjustments to knickers. Current waiting times will apply.

If you would like different sizes for top and bottom halves (i.e. Medium bra, Small knickers) choose "Different Top/Bottom" from the sizing drop-down and then add a 'Note to seller' at the checkout to tell me what sizes you'd like.

If you have an occasion in mind please contact me in a timely manor to ensure your order arrives in good time - I may be able to make your order quickly depending on how many other orders I have in the queue.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
