Welcome to NailArt-n-More! My name is Kara and I LOVE crafting and accessorizing. Please read the following shop policies to get an idea of how payment, shipping, refund and exchange work. 

If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact me!

** I also want to mention that children can get into, just about everything, so please keep in mind that the items that you see here at NailArt-n-More are not children friendly due to how small the nail art and crafting items are. You can't be too safe when it comes to children ;) ** Thank you!

Payment

All payments are accepted through Etsy. You can checkout as a guest, however if you plan on shoping on Etsy again or most online shop, it would be safer and more sufficient for you to get an account with PayPal.

Shipping

For handmade items: Due to the handmade nature of my accessories (most made upon order) I aim to ship within 2 business days after purchase. 

I usually get orders sent out the next day, as I like to be efficient and get your orders to you as soon as possible.

However, in the event that I need to order supplies or your order is quite a large one, I have set 10 business days as the maximum waiting time. 



All USA orders are shipped via first class when feasible to lower the cost on my customer. 
 Please expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days from shipping date. 



** If you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping or to priority shipping, please contact me before purchase. 


I am terribly sorry, but I don't ship outside of the United States right now.

I can gift wrap your orders, if you let me know at check out in the “Private Note.”

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy to offer a refund or exchange if you are not happy with your order, given that the item is in good condition as it was shipped to you.

Please contact me within 2 weeks of the purchase date and we can come to an arrangement to suit your needs :)

Shipping back to the store is at the customer’s cost. Please convo me to let me know that you're shipping the item back so I can make sure to expedite the exchange/refund.
