Please read the listings carefully. All measurements will be provided. The only way to know if your garment will fit is to check the measurements. As always, if you have any questions about the measurements, we are more than happy to answer!

A reservation is a commitment to buy. Please do not place an item on reserve if you do not intend to purchase it.
Items that fit in a Flat Rate Envelope will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, as this is generally cheapest. International orders weighing under 4 lb are shipped USPS First Class Mail in other packaging. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees.
International orders weighing over 4 lb after packing *must* be shipped Priority International. There is a BIG jump in price for this service, so we try to keep our boxes under 4 lb when possible. Unfortunately this means that heavy items are always costly to ship internationally.
We don't list combined shipping prices on our items because if the combined weight is over 4 lbs, there is a sudden price jump. We provide a refund of the difference in overpaid shipping in these cases, or we can simply change the listing price for the buyer upon request. Please message us for a quote on combined shipping for multiple items.
***Tracking and insurance:
International tracking is not available for 1st class mail; if you need to have your package tracked, you must upgrade to Priority Mail International, at additional cost. Shipping insurance is available but not automatically included. We are not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in mail. If you have questions about shipping insurance, please contact us.
We don't profit from our shipping costs (quite the opposite), and will refund buyers in the case of overpayment. If you have questions or would like a country-specific quote, please contact us; we are happy to provide one for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you feel we have misrepresented an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. In such a case, we will do what it takes to make it right for the buyer.
Returns for other reasons can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis; no guarantees are made.

Garment color: please note that the colors of our clothing may show up differently on different computer monitors. If you have questions or doubts, try looking at the pictures on a few different screens for comparison. We also often have extra pictures of our items, and we are happy to provide them by email or Etsy message at buyer's request.
