Note from shop owner Hi, I am currently moving into a new home and taking care of my mother who is very sick so I have to put my shop in vacation mode until after the first of the year. I really didn't want to do this but I am so busy with fixing up the new house ( it is a 30 year old home that needs a lot of fixing) and taking care of my mom that I don't have the time to work on my orders and get them out on time so I would rather put the shop on vacation until everything slows back down. If you currently have an order please don't worry I am finishing them up and they will be going out very soon. If you have any questions please convo me and I will answer ASAP. Hopefully I will be able to open back up before Christmas. When I do open back up I hope to have lots of new items for you to choose from! Thanks for stopping by!!

Hi and welcome to my little shop! I take great pride in all of my work and strive to make the best quality boutique baby items at an affordable price. I will not sell anything that I would not allow my own granddaughter wear! And I am very picky about my one and only granddaughter! She is the main reason I got started making hair bows and headbands. Everything in my shop is ready to ship except headbands and barefoot sandals that need to be sized. If you you see a picture of it, then I have at least one of that item already made up ready to ship. If it is an item that needs to be made in a different size then it will only take a short time to get it made up for you, so most times, depending on when you place your order, I can even ship out on the same day you place your order.

ALL of my items are handmade by ME. I make all the items, list them and ship them all by myself. So it takes me a little while to get everything I have made up listed. I have tons of new items that are waiting on me to list! I have new ideas for hair bows everyday!

If you need a custom item, please convo me, I would love to work with you to design that perfect accessory for your little Princess! I love to create new designs and work with new people to help them create new designs and help them make their ideas come to life.

At this time I only accept Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards through direct checkout, and Etsy Gift Cards. You do not need a Paypal acct. to pay through them. If payment is made with an E-check then I will have to wait till it clears before I can ship your package! this is usually 3-5 days.

*******Custom orders: I will not begin your custom order until payment has been made. I love to do custom orders and I try to keep my customer informed and included in all steps of the process. I send lots of pictures of options to choose from, and will not ship anything until my customer has seen pictures of the completed project and has approved of everything. For this reason there are no refunds for custom orders.
Shipping
ATTENTION, PLEASE READ!! I am currently in the process of moving and running about 2-3 days behind on processing all orders. As soon as I get caught up I will change my shop announcement to show that I am back to my normal 24 hr. turnaround timeframe.



I ship within 24 hrs of receiving payment unless it is the weekend or a holiday, then I will ship on the first following business day. I ship via USPS first class mail. I ship all of my items in a cardboard box so that they do not get crushed during transit. You will be provided a tracking number for your package. Please keep in mind that I have no control over how long it takes the postal service to deliver your package, once the post office has taken possession it is out of my hands. If you would like insurance added to your order just convo me and I will be happy to set you up a listing for the extra fee of $2.50.

If for some reason I am unable to ship your item within 24 hrs. I will email you and let you know.

If you would like me to use USPS Priority mail with a delivery time (per the USPS) of 2-3 days there will be an extra charge of $4.50. Just convo me and I will be glad to set you up a private listing for the additional fee. This is for orders in the US only!

I DO accept international orders, but please contact me PRIOR to placing your order so that I can calculate the correct shipping charges for you. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive, however I have seen them take longer. You will be given a tracking number for you to keep an eye on where your package is. If you would like priority shipping please let me know so that I can look up the charges for you prior to purchasing an item.

*****PLEASE UNDERSTAND that once the Post Office has taken possession of your package that I have no control over how long it takes them to deliver your package. So please keep that in mind when you leave feedback for me.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want all of my customers to be happy with their purchase, however the only refund I can offer is if I have made a mistake in an item. I try to take lots of pictures for you to see and I offer options for you to choose from, so there shouldn't be any questions as to what you are ordering. If I send the wrong size, color, etc. then I will be happy to refund you for the item or exchange it, however you will be responsible for the shipping charges for returning the item. That being said, if you are unhappy with any item for any reason please convo me and we will try to work something out that we both can be happy with.

You must contact me within 5 days of receiving your package for me to consider any kind of refund. If you fail to contact me within this time frame, I am sorry but I will not be able to help you. Please understand that I would like to help but because of a small few that were dishonest I can no longer be responsible for anything that is not reported within 5 days of receiving your package.


I do not offer refunds for Custom Orders.
