Welcome to my little shop!
All my fabrics are imported from Japan.
Each design of the fabrics is produced in limited quantity per batch. Therefore, please check with me if you need more information of the inventory for specific design. I will reply you within 48 hours.
Tips: Combine your order and get a cheaper combined shipping fee. Drop me a message with your order list and I will do the shipping fee calculation. I will get back to you asap.
I accept payment through PayPal. You can use a credit card to pay with PayPal if you do not have a PayPal account. Please make payment within 3 days.
Items will be packed in a plastic bag before placed into an envelope and will be sent out within 2-3 days after payment is done.
Please note following delivery method:
1) 2ND CLASS UK STANDARD via Royal Mail within UK
2) INTERNATIONAL STANDARD MAIL via Royal Mail for the rest of the world
Please note that tracking is not available for both shipping types (more economic in price). That means, the package status during the delivery process cannot be tracked and I cannot take any liabilities for this option. So if you want to UPGRADE the delivery type (tracked and signed), please contact me before placing order :)
Delivery within UK will normally take 3-5 days and to the rest of the world depending on location will be around 1-4 weeks.
CUSTOM ORDER or COMBINED SHIPPING
For custom order, postage / shipping fee will be calculated separately. So please contact me if you wish to purchase more than 1 or 2 item (highly recommended: combined shipping fee will be cheaper).
I will inform you the total calculated postage before I create a custom listing. There is no obligation to go ahead with it if you feel that the postage is out of your budget. I will only create the custom listing upon your confirmation.
DELAY or LOST / UNDELIVERED ITEM
Please drop me a message if your item has not arrived within expected delivery time. Some packages will take longer than other due to post delay or custom clearance. Please bear for 1-2 weeks more than above given delivery time.
If you still have not received your item, please let me know and I will file a claim with Royal Mail. This claim is only accepted at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date. The claim process will take about 45 days or longer. Once I received the compensation from them, I will refund it to you.
Buyer has the responsibility for payment of any import and customs duties or taxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
I have tried to get the best photos as true as the actual colour using natural lighting, so a refund due to slight colour difference is not allowed.
You can refund your item only when it is wrongly delivered due to my mistake e.g. wrong design or wrong colour.
Please contact me within 3 days upon receiving. Item to be replaced or refunded must be unwashed and as new as you received it. I will send you a replacement or money refund only after I received the returned item.
