My fascination with knitting began when my Aunts put needles in my hands before I went to Kindergarten

Knitting has fascinated me for over 50 years. I enjoy creating new designs. When I worked at our local school I always had a bag of mittens hanging on my office door. If a child needed them, the mittens were there for the taking. Now I'm a proud grandmother of 7 children. I will knit for you with the same care I knit for my family. It is a pleasure to create heirloom stockings and perfect-fit mittens for the people I meet on etsy.

My grandchildren call me "Nana". I will use the same care while making your items as I do when knitting for my family. The only machines I use are my hands and my knitting needles. Four needle construction allows me to offer seamless garments with no annoying strings or knots to rub against your skin.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Please notify me if you are not totally happy with my product. I will do what I can to correct the situation. If you wish a refund on READY TO SHIP items,, I will refund your PURCHASE PRICE once the purchased item has been returned to me. Special Order items are non-refundable. In light of that, please provide accurate information when ordering. Please ask as many questions as necessary to insure that I get accurate description of your desired item.

Payment

Wisconsin residents pay 5.5% sales tax. I accept credit cards through Direct Check Out and Pay Pal for payment.

Shipping

I use both USPS regular shipping as well as USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. When purchasing custom items, if delivery time frame is important contact me before buying to potentially upgrade to Priority Mail Shipping. I am a one person shop. The only machines I use are my hands and needles.
