Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or your item(s) has been damaged during shipping, please contact me and return your item(s) within (3) days for a replacement at no additional charge or a full refund (minus shipping) upon verification that items are in original condition.
Note: Buyer pays return shipping.
Refunds will not be issued if buyer provides wrong shipping address or if your package is delayed due to weather conditions.
Payment
If you would like to combine different card designs or would like different quantities, please indicate in "note to seller" at checkout.
Shipping
Item(s) are shipped within (3) business days once payment is received. Business days are Monday - Friday (not including holidays).
Once the item(s) has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent with a tracking number provided.
Please make sure at checkout that the shipping address is the correct mailing address. If the package is returned to me, I will be happy to resend. The buyer is responsible for paying additional shipping to resend the package to correct address.
Please order early during winter months and holidays because of possible postal delays.
