Paper Cutting as an Art Form

A black piece of paper, a pair of small scissors and an imagination as a starting point.

I have been paper cutting for 20 years. It all begin with a lesson I presented to my 6 grade art class that left me captivated on the unlimited possibilities of this media!

My paper cuts witches cards have literally flown all over the world without their brooms via USPS,.
I like nice friendly childlike witches, not intending to scare but delight!

Of course it is not Halloween all year, and I equally love to do angels, sheep, cats and anything else related to the medium of paper cutting. My work is special in that I add other elements to my work, applying hand cut overlays as well as collage underlayment giving it the multidimensional look.

All my work can be available in other formats such as mugs, prints and originals etc. Ask and you may receive!
