Welcome to Nancy's Banner Boutique . All my work is handmade with love and attention to detail. I accept custom order requests as well. If you have any questions, comments or special requests, feel free to contact me anytime.
ANNOUNCEMENT: please note that shipping costs will be going up January 2015.
*All orders come with a tracking number. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
*All banners are shipped in brand new unrecycled boxes to ensure they arrive safely to your home without damage or odours.
* Delivery times vary according to time of year / holidays, and weather
*Processing time is 1-2 weeks shipping is an extra 1-2 weeks. It generally takes up to 4 weeks to receive, from the time of purchase. Please note, my processing time of 1-2 weeks is a guarantee however the shipping time of 1-2 weeks cannot be guaranteed by me as there are factors such as weather, holidays, etc, which can delay shipping. without delaying factors, shipping generally takes 5-10 business days.
*during winter months, my two week rush fee is not available.
*For insurance purposes, I only ship to the address provided when you check out through Etsy. I will not ship to an address in notes to seller or emailed to me after purchase. Please ensure your address is correct before checking out.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns accepted. Buyer pays return shipping and a $9.00 restocking fee if there was no error on my part.
Cancellations before the banner is shipped: if the materials have not yet been purchased or the banner has not yet been made, there is no charge.
If the materials have been purchased and or the banner already made, there is a $9.00 restocking fee
Item must be in its original condition and packaged as it was when received to ensure the item is not damaged during shipping. If the returned item is damaged due to insufficient packaging, a refund will not be given.
When returning an order, please be prepared to provide a tracking number.
The item must be free of odours, this includes strong perfumes, fabric softeners, pet odours, cigarette smoke, and other strong odours.
Custom orders cannot be refunded unless there is an error on my part.
Please be prepared to take photos as proof of damage as they are required by the post office in order to file a claim.
I also require photos for proof of errors as well.
Rush fees are non refundable unless there was an error on my part

Please be sure to read all information concerning the product in the listing, before making your purchase. I do my best to describe each item honestly and accurately, by including sizes, quantity, and accurate photos. If you have any questions or concerns about my products please feel free to contact me, I am always more than willing to help.
I do not make any guarantees on exact colours. I make every effort to take accurate photos however, some monitors display colours differently. If you are asking for banners to match the colour of bedding, nurserys, invitations, etc, I do my best to use colours which closely match your colour schemes by selecting a shade from my colour stock. I do not make exact colour match guarantees.
All of my banners are made with love and attention to detail, which involves quite a bit of time. I travel out of town to buy my supplies which can be quite costly. Please understand that my prices are fair and firm. I also provide a tracking number for each order. My shipping costs do not cover the actual shipping cost the post office charges me, therefore my shipping charges are also fair and firm. Thank you for your understanding.
