Welcome to Nancy's Crystal Fantasies Jewelry. I hope you enjoy my handmade jewelry creations. Every piece in my collection is one that I would wear myself. Love, pride, and care is put into every piece from start to finish.
I accept payment with both PayPal and major credit cards. Payment must be received before any item will be shipped. For customers who live in Texas, 8.25% State sales tax will be automatically added at check-out.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

All items will come to you in an organza pouch and/or a gift box.
Shipping within the US:
My orders are shipped five days a week, excluding holidays. Shipping prices and methods have changed because of changes in shipping charges. All items under $75 will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Items $75 and up will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will be insured. The cost of insurance is included in the shipping fee.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ:
INTERNATIONAL orders are accepted and all shipping prices include Insurance via etsy. Labels are printed via Etsy as well.
If you don't see your country listed please contact me for a price quote.
Please also keep in mind that International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Usually they arrive sooner but customs can hold items up. Please contact me if you do not receive your item within 4 weeks and I will begin to look into the matter.
NO REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WHO REFUSE PACKAGES DUE TO CUSTOM FEES OR ANY OTHER REASON.
**International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages. Also, please be advised that I will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" or changing the monetary value of the contents.**
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Every item in my shop is crafted with care, and no item will be shipped that is damaged. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, please contact me within three days of receiving the item. We will discuss remediation of the problem, whether it is a refund or an exchange. Before a refund or exchange is given, the item must first be returned to me within one week after you receive it in the same condition in which I sent it to you. The item will need to be shipped insured with a delivery confirmation. Shipping fees and my non-refundable Etsy fee (3.5%) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
For reasons of hygiene, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
Custom orders are not returnable.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I will take orders for custom designs. A deposit of 50% of the item's cost must be paid at the time the order is placed. The remainder will be due when the item is ready to be shipped. A reserved listing will be set up at the time the order is going to be placed and again when the order is complete and ready to ship to allow for the split in payment.
