Hello there, I'm Nan! I love to spend my days in my home studio with music flowing, beads spread out, doing what I am passionate about; creating jewelry.

As long as I can remember I have been a do-it-yourselfer and have loved creating things. After retiring I decided to take my love of design to the next step. Nansglam was born and I’ve been designing jewelry ever since! http://www.etsy.com/shop/NansGlam

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon receipt of the item by me, I will refund you the full amount minus shipping fees. If you prefer credit or an exchange, that can be arranged also.

Your package should be mailed within 5 business days of payment, excluding Sundays and holidays. Larger orders may take longer. I will notify you of any known delays due to vacation. Your jewelry will arrive securely packaged in a sturdy gift box enclosed in a padded envelope. To reduce waste and shipping costs, multiple items will be packaged together. If you'd like separate boxes or have other special shipping requests, please contact me!

US: I will mail your jewelry via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation so you can track your package.

INTERNATIONAL: I ship international packages via USPS's First Class Package International Service. Delivery times vary depending on destination country and can take 1-4 weeks depending on numerous factors. The buyer's country's customs fees, taxes, duties and practices are the responsibility of the buyer. Not every country charges fees and taxes but please be informed if your country does.

NOTE: If you are buying from the UK, your country does charge a customs fee on any purchase from the US. I have no control over this and the fee is determined by your country's customs which you'll have to pay to receive your package.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited shipping methods are available during checkout for additional fees.

I clean all your metal purchases in an ionic jewelry cleaner prior to shipping.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are always welcome; if you would like me to create a custom piece you can click on the "Request Custom Order" button on left hand side of my shop. Once we have agreed on a design and price, I will create a custom listing for your full payment. Sorry, no refunds on custom orders.

Sizing details

I photograph my pieces close up so you can see the detail and workmanship; they may appear larger than their actual size. The size is in the description. I will be happy to answer your questions or send additional pictures to help you with your decision.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are shipped ready for gift giving! To reduce waste and shipping costs, multiple items will be gift wrapped together unless you request separate boxes.

Wholesale availability

I offer quantity discounts to retailers as well as buyers. Contact me if you are interested.

Color

I try my best to photograph my pieces to show their true color. If you are unsure of an item's color, please contact me prior to purchasing. I will be happy to answer your questions or send additional pictures to help you with your decision.
