If you have a special request, please message me BEFORE you place your order. We don't see the "Comments to Seller" until we are preparing your order for shipment, and we do this in the order they were received.

We handcraft and pour our candles into repurposed glass using natural soy wax and we infuse them with pure fragrance. Once the candle is done, clean it as use it as a drinking tumbler. The wooden lid doubles as a drinking coaster. This keeps the process of repurposing going.

We now offer laser engraved personalized lids to make it a unique gift. The lids are a natural light wood and the laser engraves the personalization onto the lid. Since the lid is natural wood different color tones will come threw the engraving, the coloring will not be one solid threw out.

Personalized orders can not be refunded or canceled due to once these items are started they can not be resold.

We process and ship orders Monday -Friday and we are closed on the weekends due to time is precious and kids grow up fast so we reserve the weekend for family and God. Thank you and have a blessed day.

When ordering more than 1 scent you need do the following..
1) pick the scent
2) pick the quantity of that scent
3) add to cart
you need to do this with each scent. They will all be in your cart for 1 check out shipping to the same address. DO NOT leave in the note to seller what scents you want. EXAMPLE : If you order 5 Cabernet but in the note to seller you say 3 Cabernet and 2 Grigio, you will get 5 Cabernet. Due to if the order is marked as a gift when I print the order the note to seller does not appear on the gift receipt so I only see whats ordered.

Business days are considered Monday-Friday. A tracking number will be sent upon shipment and details regarding your shipping date can be viewed on your "Purchases" page. USPS does experience rerouting and delays from time to time. Please allow 24-48 for the tracking # to update.

Whenever you light the candle, let it burn for long enough to completely melt the top layer of wax (though never let a candle burn longer than four hours, which can cause the wax to overheat). This prevents tunneling, whereby only the centermost portion of wax is melted. Wax has memory, and after the first few times, tunneling is hard to stop. Not only does tunneling burn down your candles faster, it also causes issues with wicks and may result in the wick becoming too short.

To promote an even burn and prevent tunneling, you should keep the candle away from draft, which can cause the candle to burn unevenly or blow out the flame before the entire top layer of wax has time to melt. Trimming the candle will also help promote an even burn. If you leave the little “mushroom” curls at the top of the wick, you will end up with a lumpy flame that does not burn evenly. So trim that wick and bask in the glory of your perfectly shaped candle flame!

Beware as not to trim the wick to short before burning but if this happens and the wick is too short even to light, melt a bit of the wax with a heat gun or hair dryer and pour it onto a paper plate. You can also scrape out room-temperature wax using a butter knife to expose the wick so you can light it.

We started this Etsy store as a way for my husband and I to spend more time together and also earn some extra money for family vacations. It has blossomed into a very successful business. I was able to quit my job at the Disney store ( not that I wanted to quit, I loved my Disney family) and do this full time and also start to homeschool my 2 boys. It was the best thing for me and my family.
We are a family owned and operated business it is my husband and I that make all the candles. On busy days the boys get right in there and help also. On breaks from college our daughter comes and helps also. I love being my own boss and interact with all of our wonderful customers . We love our job that we are able to do right in our home. My husband is also a full time Fireman and a Police Officer when our city here in North Myrtle Beach has Bike week and special events.

Scents...
Our candles are made with the recommended amount of oils by the fragrance suppliers. If you’re having a hard time smelling it, simply put it in a smaller room. Our candles vary in strength, but most will fill a small room with scent, not a large open area. To make sure you’re not getting used to the smell, you can step outside or shut the room’s door for a while to re-expose yourself to the scent. We use a mixture of both natural and synthetic fragrance oils.

Candles that have been lit can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Breakage... If breakage occurs during shipping claims need to be made threw the Post Office or Fed Ex which ever way your candle shipped. The reason for this is due to the item needs to be surrendered to the shipping company after the claim has been made. Link below to make the claim.

We only ship to the united states
We will always ship to the delivery address submitted on the order. If you have a change of address to submit or a name change for a gifted item, we will do our best to make those changes if they’re submitted promptly, however because orders are handled and shipped on a tight turnaround, we cannot guarantee change requests. Please submit the intended delivery address on the original order, and include any other communications in the notes.

We ship all products by priority mail through USPS which is insured, unless otherwise noted.

LOST/STOLEN/DELAYED ORDERS
Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.

Napauncorked is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" we apologize, but it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS.
