Beauty in every fabric! Beauty for you and your loved ones!

I believe that every day we can add beauty to our world!
Then I discovered that sewing could help me create beauty for others.

My inspiration comes from many sources, my parents (they have been tailors for more than 30 years) and with them I share the passion for textiles and detailed craftmanship; I also find inspiration in nature with all the fantastic forms and colors it offers us daily.

NataBurgos has evolved significantly since 2006, back then, I started making different accessories in tweed (love that material). With practice and observation I learned to make many more items and I also started my fabric collection, today I have an important amount of materials, that I classify and sew. Every tiny bit of fabric can be used to create something that other person will use, enjoy and appreciate.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package, for customers in the UE you must contact me in the following 14 days after you receive the product. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds on regular orders will only be given provided the items are returned in their original good condition at the buyer's expense (shipping fees will not be reimbursed).

Please note that I cannot accept returns on custom orders. All purchases of custom orders are final.
Payment
Please read the following terms and ask questions before purchasing:

I currently accept payments made through PayPal (Credit card / Debit card are accepted by Paypal).

This does not mean that you must necessarily have a Paypal account - you can pay with a credit card, but the transaction will go through PayPal as a processor for Etsy orders and transactions. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Please remember that the guest checkout feature (without creating a Paypal account) has some restrictions, in certain countries and due to the settings of certain sellers.

If you are having any issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can. I will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If payment is not received within 3 days of purchase, we will remind you about your purchase via e-mail. If we don't hear from you within the following 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase return the items to inventory.

CUSTOM ORDERS - payment must be received in full and cleared before work is to be started. *All sales are final on custom orders*.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction.

The shipping rate includes an insurance.

FOR BUYERS IN COLOMBIA - I can accept payments in local currency to my local bank account. Please contact me to get details.
Shipping
All Items are put in plastic or paper bags and packed in a recycled cardboard. Most of NataBurgos packaging is made from reused or recycled materials. All of our items are made with care and cleanliness, keeping our machines and tools desinfected with alcohol and working with optimal hygiene in our workshop.

Right now I can deliver items to the USA with standard shipping and upgraded shipping. To the rest of the world the only delivery option available is with DHL courier shipping (as soon as restrictions change, standard shipping will be available again).
STANDARD SHIPPING TO USA (included in the price of the item): takes between 3-10 weeks to arrive (usually arriving at the 3rd week).
DHL DELIVERY TO USA: takes around 5 working days to arrive.
REST OF THE WORLD-DHL COURIER DELIVERY: takes around 4-8 working days to arrive.

Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. In the event that Etsy and PayPal show two different addresses, your package will be shipped to the Etsy address. If you need to ship the item to another address please send me a message with the information, at the moment of purchase. I also require your telephone numbers for certified delivery purpose. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CONTACT NUMBER TO AVOID SHIPMENT DELAY OR DELIVERY EXCEPTION.

The postal service will do two attempts to deliver your package. All certified mail and packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.

NataBurgos is located in Colombia. Shipping within United States takes between 3-10 weeks (but can take longer depending upon the customs clearance process) and to other countries it takes between 4-14 weeks, assuming there are no further customs delays. Customs can delay packages by up to 12 weeks, this does not happen often but that it can happen.

Please take note that shipping times can take six to twelve weeks for your package to arrive. The package will not be considered lost before TWELVE WEEKS from shipping date (for packages heading to the USA), for packages heading to the rest of the world it will be considered lost after FOURTEEN WEEKS.

After I put the packages in the mail, I will contact you with further information from the postal service about the arrival of your package.

Shipping delays may occur during festive periods, bad weather conditions or extraordinary circumstances.

I ship packages worldwide, but please note that the recipient of the package is responsible for all customs fees, brokers fees and similar charges. These fees and charges are NOT included in either the purchase price or the shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please, note that colors may vary due to monitor color settings etc.

I recommend spot cleaning or dry cleaning for best results. Some products may have materials that might release ink and stain other fabrics.

The scarves can be hand washed.

NataBurgos LOVES Custom Orders! If you have a garment in mind that you would like to have come to life, convo me with pictures and details.

NataBurgos does take on small wholesale orders. Please convo for more information. Please note that because of the handmade nature of the garments, wholesale orders generally take about 12 weeks. Please note that all garments are cut, sewn & packaged by me, and processing time are 6-8 weeks + Shipping Time. If you need an order by a specific date, please convo me prior to purchase.

I make beautiful textile devices, inspired in ideas all around the world, with a bold and personal touch. Usually I sew very limited amounts of each item (between 1-3 pieces) so you are buying a product made only for you!
