Payment
Please pay in a timely manner! If I do not receive payment within 24 hours of placing your order I will send you a friendly reminder. If you do not reply or pay within 72 hours I will cancel your order.
Shipping
But! The maximum possible time limit International shipment from Ukraine is 45 days. I ask you to consider this possibility, and have patience and understanding! I can not physically influence the speed of delivery. Let's wait together and have mutual respect!
But if you're in a hurry, and you should receive the package as soon as possible, I could recommend you shipping by EMS. The price of this cargo starts from $30 (depending on the destination country, calculated individually).
I am not responsible for the work of the postal service! If the parcel is damaged during the shipment process, write a written claim to the postal service representative!

All my items are completely handmade, so I do need time for making them - from 1-3 days to several weeks. It depends on the complexity of the work and the amount of current orders.
In case you want something custom-made for you, please, feel free to contact me. I will estimate time frame necessary for making your order.
