1 out of 5 starsDisappointed after waiting for the product arrive it was broken. Not sure why this item was shipped overseas in a cheap flimsy bubble wrap envelope vs a box when there are fragile parts of the wood that can be easily broken. So now I couldn’t even give my gift, very disappointed better care wasn’t thought of to send this.

Shipping time - Ordered Dec 2nd | Arrived Jan 26th = almost 8 weeks
The Etsy shipping page says it ships in 2-3 days but you have to read the fine print to see that it “sometimes” takes 2-4 weeks for the product to arrive; however, took double the amount of expected time. -

1 out of 5 starsWould have given 0 stars but wasn't an option. DO NOT but from this place. Ordered first week of December and had to pay $20 for shipping and it's finally arrived last week of January. Was gaurenteed to be 10 business day. I will never shop from this store again

Hi coleterunwin. Thank you for purchasing this item from me. The US postal service is at fault for this delay as they closed down earlier in Jan due to bad weather and have since been processing parcels at a snail's pace due to the severity of the backlog. While I can't take the credit for what the postal service does, I'd like to apologize for the experience and respect your decision to not support us going forward. Take care.

Hi Lynne, My apologies for this experience. As mentioned in our conversation, your item is sitting at JFK customs/US postal service. They are processing orders at a slow pace due to a bottle-neck resulting from bad weather earlier this month. I can confirm that the most recent activity of items being processed by them (despite them not communicating back to us) was on the 29th Jan. Many thanks.

A South African craftsman with a penchant for design and quality,
It was in 2015 when I received a cordless drill as a valentines gift that it all started. I couldn't stop drilling holes into things and felt I had to take this further. I would find myself making all sorts of things from a mini chest of drawers to other decor items. Eventually I bought a hobby CNC machine after weeks of tireless research. The machine arrived in bad shape after being shipped across the country and so I set out to rebuild it. Once it was up and running the creative juices started flowing.
Fast forward to a year later and I found myself making history on Mnet's Shark Tank SA TV show. I was the first entrepreneur/craftsman to benefit from a lucrative deal with the astute Gil Oved of The Creative Counsel.
My products are made from high quality sustainable plywood timber including Birch Plywood. Though the majority of my range is flat pack, they are not limited to this style.
My team and I create visually pleasing products that are both innovative and functional using sustainable timber. Our minimalist style, which underpins all of our designs, is mostly inspired by our beautiful country, South Africa.
Ultimately if we can't have fun making it, we won't go down that road.

Wholesale availability
We would be excited to hear from you. As a young brand that is not very well exposed, one of our goals is to gain international exposure and coverage.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment.
Custom and personalised orders
We will only personalize orders should there be significant quantities to warrant the effort and cost of doing so. This is determined at our discretion on a case by case basis.
Shipping time
Please note that while we do our best to deliver your item/s as quickly as possible, the postal service in South Africa as well as in your country may impose delays on your item/s due to customs delays and other unforseen events.
Delays of up to a month and sometimes longer have been known to happen but are not the norm. We have made a lot of provision for these delays but one can normally expect an ETA of 2-4 weeks to most countries from the time that we dispatch.
