Custom and personalized orders
All calligraphy orders entitle you to one proof revision. This change can be applied to an existing design without having to make a new order. Beyond that, extra revisions will be charged for an additional fee of ($2) per revision request, unless noted otherwise in the listing (depending on the complexity of the requested amendments. The client will be notified before proceeding).
Working Time & Shipping
All the mentioned working time will be according to UAE's business days: Monday-Thursday (Friday, Saturday & Sunday off).
Can I cancel or return my order?
Due to the nature of the products, I will only accept cancellation for custom digital work if it is requested within 24 hours of purchase. I don't accept returns or exchanges for the digital artwork files.
Rights
Please note: Natoof retains the rights to all artwork/calligraphy files - even those of sold & custom work. Natoof owns the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork that is created unless the buyer has purchased the full rights to the artwork file. The buyer may not reproduce the provided files for commercial purposes out of the original scope at the time of purchase without written permission.
