Pošta Slovenije is doing everything to continue to provide both domestic and international postal services while protecting the health of their customers and employees. To do so effectively, they have introduced a number of preventative measures and have adjusted their mail collecting, processing and delivery procedures. Internationally, they were forced to suspend services to many international destinations due to flight cancellations and their international partner restrictions. About Nat's Plush World
Long time ago...in year 2000...first bear was made.
Since than many animals have found their place is this unique plush world.
It's a warm feeling to see all the content customers, all those sparkling eyes when animals are being taken to their new homes and when they become best friends with their new owners ;)
All effort, work, time and love invested....everything just comes back to me when i see that kind of happiness.
There are still so many ideas....waiting to come alive....

My name is Nataša.
I love plush creatures and i believe that they have a soul if they're sewn by hand.
I enjoy every minute of my spare time when I am creating my creatures.
I mainly create plush animals because I am still enjoying their company and will never "grow up" when it comes to adoring and playing with plush.
I opened this shop because i want my animals to travel all around the world and make you happy, wherever you are.

REFUNDS
If it happens that the item gets damaged durring delivery proces items can be returned within 7 days of purchase and must be in their original condition. Full product price will be refunded. Unfortunately shipping charges cannot be returned.

Unpaid orders will be canceled within 24 hours unless otherwise arranged.

SHIPPING
I will send your item with priority mail same day or the next from the purchase if item is in stock (from monday to friday, with the exception of holidays).
If i don't have the item in stock i'll make one and send it as soon as possible (order process time).
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS (different color)
You can choose some other color for the animals (please contact me about that before purchase!!). It will take few days for me to make your new plushie and ship it as soon as possible.
PACKING
Each product is safely packed in protected envelope.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
When your order is shipped it takes this long to receive your animal:
- Slovenia: 1 -2 bisiness days (usually the next day)
- Other countries: 6 - 15 business days (excluding the day of posting, saturdays, sundays and holidays).
IMPORTANT
Import duties, VAT, tariffs, taxes, and any other fees imposed by your country are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These additional costs are the BUYER'S responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to your purchase, so that there are no surprises for you. I'm not responsible for delays on Customs.

Additional policies and FAQs
All items have fabric eyes and are safety tested and suitable for children 0-3 (they all meet the legal requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and completed the CE marking process).
Items with plastic parts are not suitable for children 0-3 because they have plastic buttons for eyes and represent choking hazard. But if you want animals to have plastic eyes or other details you can mention that when you make your order.
INFORMATION
Items are made in smoking and pet free home.
PLEASE NOTE
I personally hand sew all the items.
Two items can never be identical.
WASHING
All animals can be machine washed at 30°C on delicate program. They also enyoj beeing sun dryed or in a dryer at lower temperature.
