If you are not absolutely 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before leaving a review, and we will work together to find a solution. I want nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchase!

If your package is lost or if you receive merchandise that was damaged during the shipping process, please contact me by convo or e-mail if this should happen and we will work together to fix the problem asap.

1. I accept payment via Paypal, credit card, debit & Etsy Gift Card transactions.

2. Receipt: Your Etsy confirmation will be your receipt.

3. Cancellations: If necessary, an order cancelation must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Please notify me via conversation or e-mail as soon as possible. A refund will be granted through Paypal and the Paypal transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you do not cancel within this 24 hour time frame and the item(s) are shipped, you will have to re-send the package, with the jewelry in its original condition, at your own cost WITH INSURANCE. After I receive the package, a refund will be issued minus the Paypal transaction fee.

1. Items are mailed out Monday through Friday using Canada Post, within 1 to 3 days after payment has been received.

2. Packaging: Jewelry items are placed in lovely organza bags, bubble wrapped for protection, then placed in a bubble mailer for super protection! Larger or more delicate items may be placed in a gift box then in a bubble mailer. Supplies may be placed only in a poly bag, then in a bubble mailer.

3. CANADA
I ship to Canadian addresses via “Regular Parcel,” which can take between 2 - 10 business days for delivery (this is an estimate and could be lesser or longer). This service DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE, TRACKING OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

For delivery with tracking, let me know by convo or e-mail before purchasing and I will send you a quote. Your shipping cost WILL unfortunately increase.

4. U.S.A.
I ship to U.S.A. addresses via "Regular Parcel,” which can take between 5 - 14 business days (this is an estimate and could be lesser or longer, depending on where you reside and possible customs delays.) This service DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE, TRACKING OR DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.
Please note: You, the purchaser, are solely responsible for any and all customs, duty fees or applicable taxes on your purchase(s) from Natty Creations. Please be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they may be. For information you should contact your local customs agency.

5. Please understand that delays with shipping to all destinations are always unforeseeable once the package is mailed (holidays, weather, etc.)

6. I SHIP TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS – NOT ETSY’S. If your Paypal address differs from the address associated with your Etsy account, I will contact you before shipping your package to confirm the destination.

1. CUSTOM ORDERS: Please contact me to discuss. For all custom orders, a 50% deposit is required and is not refundable.
**No consignment.

2. Although I try to capture the best images possible, the jewelry will always seem different once you see it in person, and then try it on. Colors, depending on your monitor’s resolution, can sometimes be slightly different than what they really are (especially with glass, crystals and semi-precious stone items).

3. Adjustments: For all adjustments to items listed, full payment in advance is required and is non-refundable.

Disclaimer
All items sold by Natty Creations are not intended for use by children under the age of 12. Specific items may contain lead and although harmless to adults, they are not suitable for children. However, under the lead-containing jewelry law, such items may not be shipped into California or Minnesota. I have put a 'no shipping' restriction to these states for those few items.
