2 out of 5 starsJade didn’t look like the picture at all. Owner let me keep it but refunded only the price of the stone not the shipping like most of Etsy sellers.

Sellers don’t keep the money for shipping and for that reason it is not refunded - per the return policy you were given a benefit to not have to return the stone. Each listing says there may be differences within the stones as not one stone BY nature is not identical to the other. You then continued to harass me trying to claim I second charged you when in fact you know sellers never get the buyers payment information - sellers beware. Added to the public bad buyer list!
