5 out of 5 starsThis is a solid table. It is easy to assemble. One leg was damaged during shipment, but I am told I will be receiving a replacement. One item of note... The image on-line appears to be a urethane finish. Mine was just oiled. I would have preferred the urethane finish for durability.

4 out of 5 starsBeautiful chairs and very accommodating customer service! Great value! These will look terrific in our new dining room. I gave one star off because the finish on some of the chairs was a bit rough in spots, but that can be dealt with here.

How does pricing and products work?
Pricing reflects size of board. Once a board size and style are chosen, we send a few pictures of inventory and you get to hand pick the exact board design you want. Remember, every board is unique and not one is the same.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free curbside nationwide shipping and products should arrive between 14 -90 days of shipping! (Inside delivery is an additional fee)
How long does it take to process the order?
Processing times vary based on communication between us and the customer. The faster the decisions are made the fast we can send your products. Once decision is made we have a 2 business day turn around time!
What's your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchange. All customers are required to examine the products before signing the delivery receipt. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
Are your products sustainable and eco-friendly ?
Yes! Acacia wood can grow up to 30 feet in only a few years and reproduce quickly, which makes it highly eco-friendly. Making finely crafted furniture starts with expert selections and the understanding of wood. Careful attention is paid to the dryness, gain pattern, character, color, and stability of each table. All finishes are plant-based that are safe and easy to be applied and maintained every day.
Care instructions
You can wipe the surface gently with soft cotton cloth. Please avoid using any chemical cleaners. If you'd like to maintain the quality of the table, we recommend you apply wax oil on the surface of the table once a year. Please avoid direct long-time sun exposure. Frequent humidity or temperature change may result in small cracks or fissures of the tables. However, this is a natural and inevitable feature of live edge table, and it won't affect the appearance or usage of the table.
How can I make a bundle price?
We offer a full set bundle on our products. Contact customer service if you are interested in buy a set of chair, table and chair combo and multiple items. The more you order the more you save!
Can your shop provide White Glove Service upon arrival?
Due to the nature of being a small business, we are unable to provide such services. We recommend hiring a moving company to assist. If you would like indoor delivery opposed to curbside, that will require an additional fee. Curbside delivery is included in all orders, although subject to change slightly based on your location.
What situations would I be responsible for return shipping on a table?
We cover the outgoing delivery fee for our customers. If there is an issue with delivery on the customers side and the table has to come back to us, customer will be responsible for shipping fees which will be deducted from refund once table returns to our warehouse.
