Delivery estimates
All orders are made to order and despatched within 3 business days, plus a typical delivery estimate of:
Royal Mail 1st Class : 1 - 3 business days.
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2 - 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by the carrier. Deliveries will take longer during adverse weather conditions and in the weeks leading up to Christmas. Business days do not include the weekends.
Can I have a tracking number?
Royal Mail tracking numbers are provided in the despatch email and your Etsy orders page. They are delivery confirmation numbers, so do not tell you where exactly your item is in the postal system. You will not receive email confirmation of deliveries.
