Our Story
Cofounded by a mother and daughter team.
We provide our customers only what we would give to ourselves and our beloveds: the highest of quality, made with loving intention.
From our extended professional certifications and licenses along with our obsession with continued research of holistic body care, postpartum care, cotton farming, fabric dye, the fabric manufacturing chain from seed to mill, and body care ingredients marketed towards the new parent and their newborn(s), we are very well informed consumers, manufacturers and small business owners.
We are proud and honored of our dedication to knowing where/how/by who all our raw materials and ingredients are sourced from and to understand the monetary exchange of labor in honoring the worker and the planets natural resources.
We adore what we do and are so grateful for your appreciation of our work.
Thank you!
Carolyn, "the barefoot momma " and Katherine...her momma.

I am years postpartum, can I still wrap?

What is the difference of a cut, raw, fray, or sewn bind?
They differ in durability and ease of washing. Traditionally the bind is sewn to provide the most beneficial support and ease of washing
A pinked cut edge limits the amount of fray because the zigzag crosses the weave of the fabric. May be machine washed on gentle cycle.
A raw/fray edge will occasional have loose threads that may easily be removed.
The pinked, raw and fray edge bind will loosen a bit more when wearing due to the edge not being stabilized with the sewn edge.
Sewn edge is usually a flat or rolled serged edge. This finishes the edge giving it more stability and strength. May be washed on gentle cycle in the washing machine.
