These therapy mitts are fantastic! My mother has dementia and her hands are forever freezing due to poor circulation. I warm these in the microwave for approx 1-1/2- 2 minutes and she sits with her hands in the mitts every evening. Her hands are toasty warm and the lavender scent is so relaxing! I might need to get myself a set!!!

My first item that I ever made was my Lavender heat pillow! I made my pillows as Christmas gifts for friends, family, my Dr's and fitness members! People really loved them and started asking if they could buy them for gifts for other people! I love all things natural and love essential oils! My daughter got her driver's license and my sewing and creating has kept me busy rather than worrying while she drives! I am a stay at home mom who teaches fitness classes part-time! My fitness classes came to a stop with the quarantine in NY. I started my official Etsy shop while home in quarantine!
